As of this post everything is up on NA. If you want to get in or get your friends in, don't take any time creating the character you want, just create any temp character on that server. Then you can use another slot to create the character you actually want, regardless of the lock. Take no chances.

queue isnt exactly accurate as far as wait times. you SHOULD see your number going down in line tho. not up.

I've been watching the queue on Old Man Cho, and it seems like the conversion is around:

1000 spots = 40 minutes. So a 2000 person queue is about 80 minutes.

I've waited in queues 3 times and this seems accurate. Dunno if the other servers are different.

But yeah, the "estimated wait time" is a bunch of bullshit. Pay it no mind.

I was like 260th on Mushin, 5 minutes later I came back and I was in the game. Got lucky.

Just keep asking to get into the legion, at some point he just lets you in.
