I actually love Valkenhayn's voice but turn off the EN because of everyone else. He had some amazing lines that cracked us up in CS2 times:

(Paraphrased) "I am the wolf's fang, and all who opposed me ... WILL BE DESTROYED!"

(New to CP) "Let the sky fall!"

Also, we each bought Jin's voice actor announcer in CS2. Was the actual highlight of the game.

Since I needed to turn it on to install it anyways so I tried it out on training mode and the game works perfectly with the DS4. I'm sticking with my stick though.

DLC on PS3 is not region locked, you just need to buy it from a PSN account of the same region as the game. It's not any more region locked than the game itself.

Yes, her normal mode is mostly what she uses for defense/keep away. Once you have enough stocks, go into gain art, that's where all her damage/combos are.

You don't get "shafted" in any way for using multiple accounts on the PS3. It's nothing like the Vita. You can buy something on one account, and use it on another. Lots of people do it, I have a Japanese account to get content from the Japanese store and then play it on my regular account.

Only Kagura is unlockable of all that DLC that I know. IIRC weren't the past stages and music bonus codes that came with the anime volumes or something?

-No. Any controller that pairs with the system is not allowed. The only wireless controllers that are allowed are MadCatz wireless pads with a dongle.
