BOMBA. Dragon Age Origins UE - $12. Dragon Age 2 - $12. + free NFS:SHIFT DD

I bought Dragon Age 2. Normally I'm day one on Bioware titles, but I held off. Now my expectations are super low and I only paid $12, so there isn't much to lose.

Damn it Wario, this is NOT A BOMBA!

Bought, even though I have super low expectations for it.

EDIT: Cancelling. Don't want to spend money on a game I'll probably dislike.

At the very worst I'd have valid reasons to pick the game apart rather than hearsay/what I spoiled myself on.

Exactly. Sometimes I want to write something scathing about DA2, but then I realize I haven't even played it yet. Now it's OK for me to trash it all I want.

LOL BOMBA indeed.

I'll pass on DA2. That game looks like shit. However I am interested in the first Dragon age.. Hmmm tempting.

Whats the deal with NFS: Shift? Do I have to buy a specific game to get it for free?
It's a cool looking game, but it turns into Mario Kart annoying really fast. AI drivers are constantly trying to ram you off the road, and the "catch up" feeling when out in front is frustrating.

Edit: you edited your post didnt you LOL

oh hey another origin offer i miss because they dont give a shit about south america and making the transactions go through (in euros, for that matter)

good job Ea! you'll take down steam in no time

Im with you mi amigo!!

Wait, how do you get NFS: Shift for free? I just bought DA2 and it shows up on my Origin library, but there's nothing that says anything about Need For Speed.

Why don't you come to America and stay with me? You'll be able to buy all the Origin games you want. All I ask is that you become my sex slave and let me keep you chained up in the basement.

NFS:Shift should be added to the cart automatically at a price of $0.00. I'm not sure what the delivery is. Code via email?

Huh, the stuff that was in my cart were Dragon Age 2 the game and an online pass I have to register with BioWare. Weird.

Still haven't played DA Origins + Expansion, but hey, for $12 not bad to have DAII to play them all in order someday.

Well, Legacy is supposed to be shitty so I won't be buying it. $12 seems ok for DA2.

There are more DLC down the road for DA2 besides Legacy. I am guessing 3-4 DLC's for DA2 then they will release the Ultimate edition.

Bought DAII, isn't showing up in my games list super fast like Crysis 2 did last night.
Close and restart Origin and it should show up. It did that with Dead Space with me.

I mentioned it to my brother, a huge DA:O fan, and he told me he'd only be interested if we went halfway. I'm wondering if my morbid curiosity is worth $6.

For $6, hell yeah. Not a great game, but good enough.

Im one of the few people that actually enjoyed Dragon Age 2. All the criticism you hear is true and completely valid, but I felt like the game did a lot of things right that kinda got overshadowed. I liked it enough to beat it and buy the recent DLC for it.

Eh, only played Awakening in Origins and I don't feel like I missed out. They'll probably try to move on from DA2 as quick as possible since it sort of stinks.

already expired :-( damn it EA I'm getting tired of these deals not even lasting two hours

edit: nvm worked on the website but not within Origin itself :-/

edit 2: but it did expire while I was checking out *sighs*

what the fuck, I bought the physical copy... for an address that doesn't exist.

Gotta wake up early tomorrow morning, 43 minute ETA on origin live chat...

I guess it was ymmv, it added to my cart when I added the console versions. I didn't go through with the purchase though. $12 is too much for me. #cheapassgaming

if i buy the boxed pc version, can i register it to steam? i dont want anything to do with origin besides buying physical games from it.

e: nevermind its only DD, can that be registered to steam?

Yeah, I checked afterwards about that. Seems it only comes with retail console copies, yet not EITHER PC version. Despite being a PC downloadable. What the hell EA?

Code didn't work for me, but $18 is still a good deal for DA:O Ultimate. But ugh, I have a big enough backlog already and need to save money, I don't need to buy any new games. Shit shit shit, what do I do!

Nope. If you could then we wouldn't see this Origin stuff.
