Borderlands 4 |OT| It's about time. Literally.

play Dragons Keep instead, i know that the gameplay is dated compared to BL3, but if you are gonna play Wonderlands make yourself a favor and play Dragons keep first, its soo good that they made this DLC a standalone game.

or at least Krieg DLC for BL3
Thanks, now i'm torn between this and Wonderlands. I tell you what i'm gonna check Dragons Keep out if i happen not to like Wonderlands.

I thought the campaign gameplay itself was solid, but the way they neutered Tiny Tina's character so they could get a T-rating did a grave disservice to the entire game. At the point where Wonderlands is supposed to exist (between BL2 and BL3, closer to the end of BL2), Tina should still be the same insane vulgar child she was in BL2, only with even more trauma thanks to the way BL2's story went. Instead they made her more like the 'adult' Tina of Borderlands 3.

The gameplay itself and the character classes were great.
But man the characters and the writing were awful.
while i agree with almost every thing, i personally dont like the "skill point allocation" system of the game, there is already too much itens to take care of it, the skill points is just more busy work imo and some spell are just too meh.

Still trucking along with my best friend and thoroughly enjoying the game. The FOV slider finally being in made a massive difference for me.

Currently around Lv 44 and just reached, at least I believe the last rounds of main story missions before the end.

Going to do some side quests and look for more bunkers and mines before we jump into the final stuff.

I really like playing Amon, despite folks saying hes the weakest of the vault hunters. I was always a Reinhardt player in Overwatch and Paladin in pretty much any MMO I played, so he fits the bill for me. My buddy is Rafa, so being able to "taunt" with the talent I have with the shield is good for pulling stuff to me.

As I never got into the other Borderlands games before now, I'm still learning all the intricacies of gun types, builds, shields, mods, etc.

I'm also about 3/4th to the end and am slow walking by farming mine and drill bosses.
Can anyone tell me what Eridium is used for?
In prior games, I think it could be used for weapon upgrades (not sure).
I haven't seen a use for it yet.

From what I've been able to glean, as I finished the game last night, it's used as the currency for Big Encore fights in the endgame(not sure if all of them, or just the weekly boss).

It might also be used for something else, like weapon upgrades but I'm not sure.

Forced Grass Screen Space Shadow and AO (SOMETHING THE GAME DIDNT SHIP WITH)

Beat the game…
Leaving it the fuck alone..

Worst bore lands game in decades.
Gunplay in 3 was better.
And 3 was fucking shit.

Waiting for a sale for borderlands1 because that game is fun

So far, it's used for:
- Moxxi's Big Encore weekly boss fights
- Adding or changing firmware on gear
- Respec'ing your Specializations tree (but it's so damn expensive [5k Eridium!] you might as well not).

That's it, as far as I know. Maybe more uses will be added later.
