Last I heard that all the evidence was just stories from people that have had a bad history with such things.

Not suprising to me. Innocent until proven guilty.

He's weird, yes, and he could be guilty, but there's no evidence.

Can't be guilty of the alcohol charge without the rest - the charge was of "Administering an intoxicating agent to assist in the commission of a felony (child molestation)". If he didn't do the molestation, he can't have got the kid drunk to assist in the commission of it.

Glad he is found not guilty. Now if only the dumbass would wake up and stop putting himself in positions that allow this type of thing from happening.

and I will say this. if he does molest kids (which I don't think he does), hopefully next time the prosecution will actually build a case against him before going to trial.

The prosecution had people saying that others had been molested and named names. What did the defense do? They got those exact people to come to the court and say that Michael never did anything to him. They blew the case up in their own face.

Hmmmmm. Well... they may have not convicted due to ample reasonable doubt, but I suspect this will now go to a civil court where he will be struck with punitive damages. There may not be enough to convict him of a crime.

Since there is no Double Jeopardy in CA, Jackson can touch any kid he wants for the rest of his life and get away with it.

I'm wondering why you people want him to be found guilty, other than to make tired white/black jokes that were old in 1993. There was absolutely no evidence of any kind for any of the charges. Nothing at all. Nothing even close to real evidence for anything. I think the guy's fucked up, but he hasn't fucked any kids.

I figured he'd get nailed somehow on that alcohol charge, though.

I think it would have been a shame if he was convicted yet OJ got off which was much more clear. There was not enough evidence in this case and the mother was very questionable with a history of fraud. I have no doubt that Michael Jackson is messed up in the head. I honestly don't think he's a fit parent but that should be handled in a whole different matter.
