It's in the actual game. Well the original Japaese release. They took out the two bikini costumes for both main female leads for the USA release. The re release doesn't have those 2 costumes either

I used a mod to restore the costumes to its full glory.

I also am using a mod that let's me view a cutscene that was censored in the US uncensored
