About the 50$ split, he ignored dozens of messages from me so I eventually got desperate enough (after 2 months of being ignored and given crappy excuses like a trip to Maine and bad sushi day) and proposed this since his biggest excuse was that he was trying to gather the money, which I knew was bs since he always posts in the pick up thread.

He said he sent me the money order but there is no tracking number(as expected) and unfortunately I did not receive it yet. I just sent him a private message asking for the receipt scan, hopefully he replies.

The faceplate is lightly scratched, but nothing that interferes with gameplay at all. There's some minor paint wear below the "Select Start" text on the faceplate, as well as two more light paint scrapes along the top of the faceplate. That might sound like a lot, but in reality, this unit is in very, very good condition- none of the scratching issues affect gameplay one bit. The back is a little beat up, but the damage is only cosmetic- a few paint scratches on the raised area right below the serial number. Charger included, and I'll also throw in complete copies of FFIV Advance (Euro version, with multiple language options- including English- on the cartridge), BitGenerations: Boundish (JP, obviously), and a cartridge-only copy of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga.

I had to do that to one user who was avoiding sending me what I paid for. I got it, though. Which was good, because I had a buddy who lived near him. A buddy with weaponry.

First he says this:

I don't have your address man, it's not in Paypal. If you want the refund you'll be having to wait a little bit longer since I don't have it in my Paypal. If honest to god you want the $100 back. It'll take time but I'll get it back to you.

And then after I give my paypal info:
