I just went through two days ago and priced down everything of mine to be lowest listed, unless there was a specific reason why. (Like the lowest price is by someone listing a used copy in Brand New.) I didn't touch my friend's prices, but I know if they're going to sell something, they put it at "motivated to sell" prices.
Some of the rarer games on sale include Guilty Gear X, Blood Will Tell, Okage: Shadow King, DDR Mario Mix, Pokemon XD, and others, all brand new and factory sealed. These games have gotten harder to find, especially in their original packaging, and we've got them listed at the lowest prices. (And yes, I'll tell my friend BG&E dropped significantly.)
One word of warning for people new to Half: If you see GameQuestDirect beating prices, that's the company that legally prints new copies of games on-demand. I know some people don't care about getting a reprint if it's cheaper, but some people might be bothered to find out after the fact.
