Resident Evil 4: Premium Edition - The game is absolutely complete. Steelbook case, Making-of DVD, manual, the mini strategy guide, and a never-opened Ada Wong laser cel. Etrian Odyssey

Etrian Odyssey is also a hard game to find and definitely one of Atlus' best IPs from the current generation. This is the perfect game to start with the series and an excellent addition to anyone's DS collection (not to mention, a great way to spend gaming time until the better 3DS games arrive). This is a cult classic and I am sure you have heard of it. It is also very expensive. Picture was taken by me today as well. More pics on demand possible.
