many factors.
some people may be on the inside and can get the games for cheaper in general.
some people just have credit on places like steam that they want to burn.
sometimes there are limited deals that end up in people getting the games for cheaper than most.

if we are talking about physical games, some people buy the game day 1, beat the game day 1-3 and then sell it on here for a small discount to get most of their money back.

im sure there are other factors as well... but those are the most common ones i think.

I shipped a copy of Xenoblade to someone up in Canada not too long ago. There's no hassle to it and it's not expensive either. I payed $12 to ship both Xenoblade and the Classic Controller Pro. Not sure why people wouldn't want to ship something to Canada.

Within Canada:

If I can keep it under 20mm (classified as lettermail, and they test it with a plastic template "slot" at the post office) I can get by $2.20 shipping within Canada. From home (BC) to the east coast.

If I ship an NES or SNES game in a bubble mailer then it is thicker than 20mm, so it gets classified as parcel post and the costs skyrocket. It weighs almost nothing! If I want to mail it to my next door neighbour, for example, it would cost over $10 with tax. And shipping all the way to the east cost is over $16!

Mailing to the US, it is similar bullshit.

I have a shit ton of NES and older carts that I basically need to sell in large lots just so the price per cart of shipping is within reason.

For Sale, NES game. To fit under thickness guidelines, cartridge shell will come in 2 parts with easy assembly.

Sorry guys, rant finished. Just wanted to see if anyone had a secret to getting around this shipping issue.

No idea, unfortunately; having a hard time finding anyone testing the U.S. one on a Canadian account. I tried it on my Japanese account and got an "invalid" message.
Of course, it's possible to make a U.S. account just to run this game, but switching accounts is a bit of a hassle on Vita.

Pretty lightly used over the years. It got some use back in 2008 but since then it's mostly been sitting. NEVER HAD A YLOD, BLU-RAY DRIVE ISSUE, NOTHING. TOTALLY CLEAN SYSTEM

INCLUDES: Original Box (mint condition has been sitting in my attic since opening it), (no manuals I was mistaken), Etc. Sixaxis with charging cord, power cable. I have the original AV cables I believe, but I'll throw in an HDMI too.

I'm sad to have to let this go. I bought it for $500 when I was 15 and it was the most insane purchase I ever made but I wanted the system with backwards comp. I loved the PS2 and I loved the upscaling PS3 does to the games, but I can't justify having it anymore when I barely use it.

When I was getting it ready to ship out I noticed in direct light there is some discoloring spots on the top of the plastic. These are INVISIBLE 10000% UNLESS UNDER DIRECT LIGHT. I NEVER EVEN NOTICED THEM. I think they came from my cleaning lady spraying and not wiping off the system well enough. THIS PICTURE IS NOT FLATTERING, IT'S NOT THAT BAD. But I wouldn't feel comfortable selling it on GAF as mint when it has these spots. They are only on the front top part of the system, no where else.

The system usually looks like the original pictures.

I will also throw in LittleBigPlanet (og print) and either Devil May Cry 4 or Dead Space. Or both, it doesn't really matter.

I would love a card about this strength for cheap, but the problem with this one is you can get this card new for around $200 after rebate with the AMD 3 game bundle included... so it's sorta hard to justify anything more than $125-150 used without the 3 games IMO. It occurs to me now that the game bundles might be a better attack on used card sales vs competition from "team green"

Sapphire radeon 7850 2gb - $100 shipped to lower 48. Card only. Worked very well for the past year, but I upgraded 770 SLI. Great for 1080p and overclocks nicely.

Seasonic x-650 Power Supply - $90 shipped. Very nice power supply, with less than 2 months of use on it. Fully modular and highly regarded. Needed moar power. Have the box and velvet(!) bag and all the cables obviously.

Also have a MSI Z77MA-GD45 motherboard, if there's any interest. It's the microATX model. Used it for a year before I went back to ATX.

Alan Wake CE - $30. I believe the codes are unredeemed. Cardboard slipcover is a little dinged but everything else is nice.
