Its ok. It's to prevent constant rebumping. Most browse the last 4 pages so your stuff wont be lost and the thread moves fast enough so you can repost every 2-3 days.

So I dabbled in OG PS3 repair a while ago, and I have a YLOD repair kit for sale:
Includes:

Heat gun
Torx screwdriver
1 new tube of thermal paste


I have used that thermal paste before, and it was good for about 6 or 7 PS3's.
This is good for backing up your ps3 data and in most cases will fix it up for months.

so i'm looking to sell via paypal, but i don't know *exactly* how it works. say i want to get a paypal gift for something, does that negate the 2.9% + $0.30?

i've only filed invoices with them before. i assume i would need someone to 'gift' me the payment before i send them the item.

That is correct. Have them select the option to send it as a family member or friend to avoid the fees.

I kinda want to do something similar, because I have an XBL account, but no 360, and no intention of ever buying one again, nor any intention of getting an XBONE. I didn't know if this was allowed on here though.

It's against Microsoft's ToS. As well as that, I don't believe the EU ruling covers accounts, so unfortunately it doesn't seem to be allowed. They specifically mention software licenses: if you buy software, you own it and may resell it. Looking at Xbox or Steam accounts, you do not buy them, you create them. It's a silly situation, as you should be able to resell your games, but there is no way to do so (currently) without selling your whole account... which isn't allowed.

At least, that's my understanding of the current situation.
