In the currency of the seller, although if you're not sure, ask. But I'd say 90% of sales here are USD. If you're canadian (for example) Paypal will debit you for the US amount converted into canadian funds, unless you also have US funds in your account. Basically, it handles it for you. But if you try to send someone $99 cdn for a $99 usd item they are probably going to get less than they expected.
