Yeah I can. Games ship with various content amounts, always have done. But games have also always had prices reflect that content. For example in the past, some COD games had zombies and some did not... but it didn’t change the price. You can argue that zombies is a much bigger and in depth mode than black out... but it didn’t change the price. Why? Because it was a game mode.
Short story is that games should reflect in price. Black out will likely be in the next COD, and it will likely also have single player, as they have already said. But what happens when it’s the same price as this years entry? What then?
It keeps coming off to me at least that activision are very much a publisher that tries to see how much they can get away with before people catch on. I mean they are STILL selling MP maps as paid DLC, which is just wrong on so many levels... you don’t fracture your user base, it’s been proven to be bad. But I guess you can do that when the $$$ come in.
