Hi guys, I would like to ask a question about the difference between the consoles and the PC versions.
I've always played the CoD games on my X360, and consider myself an "average to good player", usually with a 2 K/D.
I was considering buying the PC version of Black Ops 2, since 1) it is way cheaper here in Brazil, 2) a good friend of mine bought this version, 3) i think it is way more beautiful on PC.
The problem is, i cant play with mouse and keyboard. I wouldnt mind people having some advantage over me (using a controller), because i think overall i would manage to play reasonably well. Since CoD is a game much more about reflex, anticipating enemy movement, and close range combat, i thought i wouldnt have much problem playing with my gamepad.
But, when i tried this today i was really owned! My K/D was like 2/15, 3/10, never positive! Maybe the playing field is higher, but the problem is that the game felt different, than what i experience when playing on my X360! Like if they have the game adjusted in some way for gamepads on consoles, and in another way for gamepads on PC.
I dont know if the sensitive is diferent, or the engine, or if they absolutely removed some auto-aim that maybe exist in the console version, but what i know is that i couldnt aim as precise and fast as i usually do on the X360.
Any theories on what is happening?
