I've been close to that breaking point too man, so I empathize with you. Black ops 2 is great when it works, so you wanna keep playing, but the inexplicable lag that happens so often is just frustrating.

Camping is fine - its what people who can't do well with a more aggressive strategy do. Personally if I had to resort to camping to do well I wouldn't have fun anyway though lol.
Protip: You can start hacking friendly packages the minute the heli stops and hovers if you're on high enough ground. Stole a friendly package as it was falling today, guy was raging in the chat about the game being a buggy POS. Priceless

Doing this took the game from bad to playable for me. After a while I thought it wasn't working for a while and that it was in my head because I got a few laggy matches, but when I went back to using a router things got much worse. I've switched back and forth a few times to make sure and it's the same every time; lag gets worse while using my router. It's not something that will work for everyone but it couldn't hurt to try this at least. While hardwiring to my modem I also noticed a slight improvement in Halo 4 too lol.

The change is due to cry-babies. Sorry to say but it is. Everyone always wants to throw up an EXCUSE because they run head-first down the same stretch of map getting killed over and over instead of taking one of the 5006 different side-routes to flank the guy posting up on D.

I went ahead and gave this a try anyways, I figured what could it hurt. I managed to stay 4 bars and never dropped down to 3 and back to 4 fluctuating like I normally do. Didn't notice any lag but only got to play 2 games and I sucked ass so its hard to say if it actually improved my connection any. I did stay at 4 bars the entire time though so hopefully that is a sign of at least a more stable connection on my end. Probably gonna try Halo 4 again tonight, I've had bits of lag in it as well.
Everyone should at least try this. It helped tremendously in my case -- I was actually able to win face-to-face gun fights for a change. Only played for about an hour though.

When using an AR I stick with the FAL. I do not have the auto-fire attachment and love it.
I mostly use the B23R pistol though. I love the feel of it and it works very well in enclosed areas.

finally got around to beating the campaign and man that was whack. thought it was weaker than BO1 and definitely worse than the MW ones which i really enjoyed.
it was fun shooting admiral cocksucker though.
Be fukn accurate or carry a sidearm, because in close quarters SMGs will obliterate you

An interesting thing I tried out is that the limit is in place even if you don't use the wildcard to begin with 2.
I did this yesterday with my bouncing betty. I placed it and then after I killed someone I went and placed a second one and they both remained.

Spawns
Hip fire spread should be increased both regularly and with laser sight on SMG
Range on SMG should be reduced slightly
Fire rate on SMG should be dropped slightly. Regular fire rates are as fast or faster than those with rapid fire in previous games.
Cost of UAV should increase 50-100 points
NOBODY uses LMG, perhaps give them FMJ automatically as a free attachment
Make friendly care packages unhackable
Remove the announcement to the other player when you hack their equipment, it sucks that it lets them know!
Awareness is basically useless. Increase/add footsteps that should be heard when players approach.
Dead Silence is useless because everyone is basically silent. This should be helped by increasing footsteps which could then be countered with Dead Silence
Pistol damage needs a slight decrease.
Fix the ridiculous bouncing care packages

Very cool idea, increasing bullet penetration on LMGs. At least on Wii U, I do see people using them though. A lot with Target Finder. Considering I always add FMJ to my ARs, I'd be interested in your suggestion.
I don't know. Considering just how fast the Black Hat hacks equipment, I think it's a fair balance to let the other player know. And I use Black Hat.
Add more bouncing care packages! What about a scorestreak where you do an escort airdrop on the other team, and it drops a million bouncing care packages on their heads?

Their needs to be a perk or something that highlights where UAVs are in the sky because it usually takes me way too long to find those fuckers.

The worst is when you spend a long time looking for it, you finally find it, and then it just flies away..
I'd personally just like to know WHEN there are UAVs up (aside from the initial announcement).

Hahaha. Yeah, once you see that black jet streak going, you start cursing yourself for even trying.
Another funny thing is when you look up to shoot a UAV and you see two flying right next to each other. Like the announcer guy didn't even bother to tell you about the other one since everyone's calling them in so fast.
