Haha yep that was crazy!!!

Might take a break after this game

Javes you are really good!

Thanks man! Yeah we had a really mean group lol. Wraith/HATR/RAPS is a fun streak setup to use. With a wraith and raps distracting the enemy team it's pretty easy to cycle your streaks.

The MR6 is amazing in Hard Core Domination. On the other hand, The RK5 feels awful in there with the recoil and needing a lot more shots to kill people.

God I hate this sparrow specialist weapon.

Easier to use in Hard Core if you just need some kills for the unlocks. The explosion from the arrows takes people out provided that they don't have Flak Jacket on.

I've known this for a while, but I really think the Man'O War feels like an assault rifle/LMG hybrid. I keep running out of ammo though, which sucks, because I don't want to run scavenger.

The point bump in Safeguard was nice, but teams are even more susceptible to flanking and multi-kills now since everybody is crowding behind the damn robot, it's frustrating now. Also, it's time to start putting parties against parties in matchmaking Treyarch, or at least make it somewhat of a priority in your matchmaking algorithm please.

Is Kuda the best starting weapon? I just got the game and after switching from the default KN-44 to the Kuda I immediately got better.

(I also haven't played a COD since MW2, so maybe it's just a matter of getting to know the new mechanics lol)

I love LMG's and the BRM is a very good LMG. The Kuda is solid, and so is the Drakon sniper rifle.

The new Nuketown sucks. They should have left the sight lines, and changes from at least Nuketown 2525 alone, or at least hardly changed them. And if you ever needed an example of how the movement system and unlimited sprint harms the game, and lessens the depth of the game and it's playstyles, that map sure is it, though Combine does a fine job of demonstrating that as well.

The kuda is a great starting weapon

Not sure what happened, but my NAT Type, starring yesterday, went to moderate for some reason. Not sure why, cause it was always on Open before :/

Tip: The engineer perk shows where all scorestreaks are both on the mini map and the HUD (including the Wraith). It also allows you to lock and and shoot the Wraith with a launcher even if it is cloaked.

I used the default class with the Kuda when starting out, it gives you a loaded up Kuda with Tracker perk.

I hadn't noticed the ability to lock on when cloaked, that's handy to know.

I know it is kinda glitchy in that if you start locking when it isn't cloaked, if it cloaks itself it still continues to lock on. Personally I think it should cease to lock on.

If you didn't know, if you shoot at it when cloaked it will uncloak.

Ghost being broken makes sniping in hardcore such a hard thing. Once the UAV is up you'll automatically have 3 people coming at you from three angles when you've got a slow firing weapon and they all have spray and pray smg's that kill in one bullet :(

What do you guys think of the Black Hat?

Don't know if it's been in other CoDs but it was my first time seeing it here.
I thought it was pretty cool when I first unlocked it at like 52.. then I used a permanent unlock token since I didn't get to use it much before going prestige. Man, what a waste. It takes forever to hack anything and by the time I'm almost done hacking something, a teammate will just destroy the scorestreak instead.

It was my first permanent unlock and I also regret it.

They nerfed it way too hard. It was a little overpowered in the beta, but now between the late unlock, the extreme slowness of the hack, and how you paint yourself on the radar when you use it, its worthless.

And Black Hat was in Black Ops II, but it only blew up scorestreaks instead of stealing them. Much more efficient in use though. I'd take that version over the one we've got now.

Yeah it is a complete joke of a piece of equipment now.

Maybe it was a little too easy before but now it is pretty much useless.

I think the problem with it taking so damn long is that you can't do it through walls any more so you have to be in the open for ages. And by the time you do hack just a UAV or something it has like 3 seconds left anyway.

I tried it in hardcore but not having any idea where the centre is made it impossible :p

Speaking of anti-scorestreak set ups, does anyone use the combination of blind eye, cold blooded, scavenger, engineer, the Blackcell launcher, and two EMP grenades in order to be a really effective scorestreak destroyer?

Also, you can use Reaper's Scythe to destroy the whole carpet bomb of rolling thunder drones. Considering destroying one is around 150 score, destroying the whole carpet bomb can earn you a RAPS or more quite easily (this was posted a while before, but I'm reminding anyone who may be new).

Edit: Does anyone know if using Fast Hands + Black Hat causes you to hack faster (since Fast Hands allows you to use equipment faster)?

But I'd also want Ghost for that kind of thing too.

By the time you stop to lock on your anti uav rocket you'll be revealed on radar. Especially by the time you find it in the sky :( Ghost is borked! You should have five seconds grace when you stop moving.

You do realize that engineer shows you exactly where the UAV is on the mini map (via a red UAV symbol on the map) and also makes the UAV glow through walls, right? With engineer, you literally know exactly where the UAV is so you don't waste time searching at the sky. Even if you're indoors all you have to do is run towards your teammates and/or spawn and shoot it down from there.

Edit: The only exceptions to the "scorestreak shows on the mini map" thing that engineer has would Counter UAVs and Power Cores (but even then you they still have an obvious glow through walls). Plus, if you have Hard Wired, they don't effect you and you WILL see them on the map.

I did not know that!!!!!

Amazing!

Which is why I was mentioning the importance of blind eye (to protect from AI streaks like Cerberus', GI Units, Wraiths, etc), scavenger (to refill the Blackcell and EMPs), Cold blooded (to not have red hexagons around you when people use streaks), and engineer (what I said before + the ability to shoot cloaked Wraiths).

Do you use ghost? Or do you literally just shoot the uav down the second it's up?

If I feel confident in my abilities to do extremely well against the enemy team, I'll use Ghost with an SMG to run-and-gun (if you use stock on an SMG, ghost will activate if you move when aiming down the sight).

However, if I'm against a clan and/or the game takes a turn in which I may expect a lot of enemy streaks, I use my anti-scorestreak class to ruin their fun.

The less I've played of nuketown, the better I've done and the less I've been angry
Seriously, I agree. The changes they made to the map, plus unlimited sprint, the movement system, and other changes to the game in general make it ridiculously stupid.

The Hijacked remake will probably be ridiculously stupid as well. Just like Combine is ridiculously stupid.

Man, I love how constantly calling in UAV's, CUAV's, and HATR's ends up being a good strategy especially if the enemy team tries to constantly shoot them down. I just end up killing them while they all scramble to shoot them down. Ended up 42-12 in KC with the XR2 doing this just now
