Died on this mission at the end, respawned glitch happened. It went backwards to in time mission wise but it spawned me into the room I'm supposed to hack into! Now the only solution is to restart the entire fucking mission. Holy shit.

Vesper is the last thing I need in my SMG camo hunt. Holy shit this gun is awesome, mothership on my first game using it. When I'm finished with dark matter I think I'm going to be using this forever.

I struggle with any other weapon other than the power weapons like Kuda/VMP.
I obviously use the vesper wrong because I just get slaughtered when I use it, any tips for these other fund that everyone else seems to wreck with? Just get up in people's faces???
Was removed from rotation because they some how broke it and it wouldn't load. Supposed to be going back on he next patch.

Apparently some people were having it crash when loading since the last patch so they took it out of rotation. Loads fine for me in a custom game, but I guess it'll be back after the next patch. Not the best of maps, though.

I got that Firebrand camo today, for the MR6 pistol! It is really ugly though, and not even animated.
Pretty sure only epic camo has animations.
Omg i went positive with knife only my first game playing with it. On Hunted of all maps too.
Knife only is very good in this game.
Is it? I'm even more bummed now that there are no legit novelty builds. I miss the riot shield thumper tac insertion days.

Do any of you use very advanced headsets?
Played against a guy who CLEARLY was able to hear EVERYONE coming into the building in hunted. Killcam shows his turn right around, and ADS the entrances where our team was running in. He's using awareness too, but I don't think that's good enough to have the foresight he had without the help of a really good headset.
I figured it out, crouch walked, and got lucky killing him because my other teammate decides to run in and get killed by him, but my idiot teammates were running in over and over again. Dude ended up with RAPs twice. I just prestiged so I didnt have Dead Silence.
That said, does anyone know if Dead Silence affects awareness enough to make it difficult for headset users to hear as well as he was hearing us?

Speaking of both, I wish rejacked could just be transformed into tactical insertion. Place an insertion with L1 + R1. Use the existing green smoke as a marker. Respawn at green smoke when you die, or cancel insertion and lose it altogether. Would be nice for some objective modes.
Or maybe just buff back Rejacked to either keep the scorestreak, or lose like 25% of it.
Awareness plus the "Supercrunch" audio setting that also helps with footsteps.
A person using Awareness will hear Dead Silence user like somebody not using Awareness hears regular footsteps if I remember correctly.
Told you it's a fun thing to do.
Yea rejack is kinda shitty. Could use some tweaking.
I legit lost my shit when i did a slide into a stab.

You need to get used to that move if you like to keep playing knife only, because it's the only way you can catch up to people running away from you.
It' a good move, but one would be surprised at how consistently you can just run up on people and make them panic and spazz out.

The "Intensity" Camo is a legendary and I would say it has an animation (the light it emits pulses regularly, like a heartbeat).

I love the knife only build I just hate the kill the enemy, take their gun and kill them again challenge. I am playing knife build dammit I don't want to use other guns.

What's the best beginners loadout? I'm finding it really hard to compete with people who have long barrel and high caliber on their Sheivas picking me off halfway across maps.

KN-44 and the Drakon are your best bets if you are really low level. The Drakon especially since you can spam shots just like the shieva.
OT: Camping is fun If you put shock charges and trip mines right next to cleach other. So many angry enemies! Still trying to master where to place them on all the maps.

How do you guys play using the Dualshock?...... because my thumbs collide, which gets me killed a lot.
No loadout or other gun is going to compete with that against a competent player. Just dont engage those guys. I'm a shit player but I can still get a few kills with rubbish guns, even the haymaker shotgun. You just have to know when to engage, like what is the range of your gun. You can peak round corners sometimes if your quick enough. But if you know there good and there looking that way then flank them, avoid or ignore them.
Probably the only person who cares about this, but I wish camos/customization stuff carried over to Offline/Local
Semi-related, are there any good Campaign or Zombie camos worth unlocking?

Trip mines on the ceiling are your best bet. Because if they're on the ground people can crouch, and if they're on a wall people can just hug the wall to avoid getting killed. On the ceiling enemies can't really see or do anything (perhaps a perfectly timed jump, but it is unlikely).

I use Astro a40's, with awareness, dead silence and super crunch it's borderline cheating how easy I can pinpoint people moving around
The red hex camo from zombies looks amazing and is relatively easy to get
I use A50s. I can hear people without DS halfway across the map. My map awareness is insane when i'm using it but I've been using DS/BS the last couple of prestige and like that better as it is a bit more fast paced.
It's funny how often you get called a camper/hacker/etc. Not really.. just heard you coming so prepared myself

People can easily buy and use Scuf controllers too with easy to access paddles that make doing multiple things at once way easier.
You can use literally any headset, and Awareness works really well even through TV speakers. Put it on and go into a FFA, you'll be amazed how easily you hear people coming from hundreds of in-game feet away.
Sorry jorgejjvr I cant play with you for long, the 150+ping is kind of painful.
I think I'm addicted to this game. Trying out all the weapons and specialists that change up the game play. And then getting all the challenges, and the game isnt frustratingly annoying like AW, cant stop playing.

I don't know, do you find a difference between headphones when you listen to music or anything?
The difference between not using Awareness and using it is humongous regardless of your headphones/speakers.
