So once again prime day remains "wow it's nothing" status for me. The funny thing is I'm constantly tempted to get it so that I can get my books faster but it's pretty hard to justify for only an average of 1 order a month.
Wasn't a ton for me, but I did get Far Cry Primal, an Amiibo and a board game.
I've been signed up for Prime since last year and it's been good. Definitely upped my purchasing from Amazon (you be the judge whether that's good or bad). The reason I do want it is for a second place for my photo backups -- so basically I've got my photos locally, plus two cloud-based backups (Google, which is probably good enough on its own), plus Amazon, which keeps the original files...
Okay, so this is seriously off-topic, but I'm looking at a cross-country move next month, and I'm trying to figure out how to get my shit across the country. Has anyone shipped with Greyhound before?
It's been a long time since I've used it, and I never shipped a massive amount of stuff with them before... but in general when I have, I've never had issues (though the longest distance has been, I believe, one province away). So long as you're only shipping some boxes and not like a house full of stuff, it's probably not too bad.... but like I say, I haven't shipped with them in years.
