If I get out to Walmart tomorrow, I'm going to buy some Crystal Pepsi. I'm out of pop anyways, and drink too much.
how else am I supposed to get gundam breaker 3
I just spent $320 while laying in bed using my cellphone. Gonna wake up with a nasty buyers remorse hangover.
Instant Pot
Sandisk SDD
Bose earphones
Power bank
Travel charger
All stuff I needed and 30-50% off so I'm happy
I feel like next thread needs a "Stop buying things from Play Asia" warning.

Holy crap, I kind of want to buy it just because of the case.
but what would the difference in shipping be? wouldn't it still get caught up in customs
fuuuuuuuuck
I kinda don't want that TMNT set because of the box. As cool as it is, I'm all about consistent, easy to place on my bookshelf packaging these days -_-
Great price though.

So a package of mine from Purolator arrived at the Sort Facility in Toronto on Monday, was supposed to be delivered yesterday, hasn't moved and is now

Welp.
I mean I'm in no rush to get this particular package, but Purolator has never failed me until now.

Anyone familiar with ordering things from The Source?
I used the "Standard Ship to my door" method and it said my estimated delivery date was today. Yesterday my order was "In Process," but today the order details were updated with a receipt and a "Shipped" status.
I'm kind of worried because I was away for part of the day. Do they usually leave things at your door if you're not there, or do they leave a failed delivery notice? Also, do they use a specific private courier?
Companies that don't provide tracking info are the worst. Shipping anxiety makes me nauseous. I'm probably just being impatient.
Just got my replacement DOAX, right before the lockout. The saga is over. lol
I buy a lot of stuff from The Source and always get tracking numbers via email. I haven't ordered from them during the possible postal outage but they usually use Canada Post.
Damn, thanks.
Definitely no tracking info, either in my email or on the website. I wonder if they're using some alternate shipping method for the time being until the postal shit clears up. They do have messages on their website about how it won't affect them.

Okay, so this is seriously off-topic, but I'm looking at a cross-country move next month, and I'm trying to figure out how to get my shit across the country. Has anyone shipped with Greyhound before?
Rent a U-Haul?
Most people suggest this. It's terrible advice based on local moves. U-Haul is stupid expensive once you leave the province. It cost me about $2500 to have a freight company move my apartment from Ontario to Alberta. That included them packing my stuff and insurance. U-Haul was about $3000 and that doesn't include the gas you'll need. Not to mention you have to drive one of those death traps across the country.
Beer is such a ripoff these days.

I was going to pick up the Disney Infinity 3.0 (PS4) at Best Buy for $19, but it's not anywhere on their website. I know Amazon is also selling the game at that price point, but I can't buy anything on there. Other stores like EB Games and Wal-Mart will surely start dipping that low too soon, right? Being that the series has been cancelled and whatnot.
Oh man. I guess I'll go out quickly and pick up an Amazon gift card, since the deal ends tomorrow. Thanks for the advice.Walmart still sells Wii games such as Metroid:Other M for full price. I really can't see them dropping the 3.0 price soon considering they still sell the 3DS 1.0 edition for it's original price and EB Games has lots of used figures to sell so I don't think they'll want to drop it either. Your best bet might be Toys R Us or finding a way to get someone to order it for you from Amazon.
Depends on what you like I guess. There are still lots of good value beers that I like, stuff that would cost as much or more south of the border or in Europe.
Micro-brews all the way.
Anyone experiencing huge delays with Purolator lately?
I go cheap, but even then it's expensive. I miss the days of two-four for $24. I used to get James Ready or Maclay's for that price.
I almost bought Blue today, because it was cheap at $32, but went with Maclay's instead. I haven't had it in a while.
I don't buy booze often, but have liked having one at night. I bought a case a couple of months ago, and it was JR, for the same price. But now James Ready is $33-34.

Yes over here.
Yep. I ordered some clothes online and they've been stuck in limbo at a sorting warehouse here in Toronto for almost a week now, but it's still expected to arrive tomorrow. I guess I should call them Friday at the latest then.
