Bah. Didn't think it was that much of a spoiler.OnPoint said:Corrected. I suggest you do the same.

TruePrime said:Considering that almost every other review is postive, they must either abusing the 7-9 scale or are playing a different game then you apperantly.
Also how are you disappoitned? People have been saying this would be bad from we found out about it, I have seen a bunch of people be surprised that it actually turned out nearly as good as some of the reviews are saying.

It's one of the appealing things this game has going for it. Since I don't have to worry about exp or whatever I can try new tricks to getting through each level..even if it isn't the absolute best way to go about it.
Still doubt I'm buying it though. Principles and all that.

Somehow I see Iga coming out ahead in that scenario. Most people don't get out of Hell so easily.

Thankyou, sir.HadesGigas said:Up in Germany, download trial worldwide with this link:

abq said:Works for me. Demo is limited to single player with Alucard on chapter 1.
Rad- said:Single player demo for (mainly) a multi player game? :lol
Noogy said:Hmm, there's a lot I like about the demo. I think it's beautiful, visually. I kind of wish I could zoom in one more time, so that the viewing angle is more like the DS games (and alleviate the sluggishness of playing a hundred feet away).
I don't see much point in being able to zoom WAY out, as it only makes it impossible to add parallax, which is sorely missing from a series that revels in it.
Almost beat the boss on my first try (and I was playing sloppy as I work), so as far as Castlevania games goes this is pretty easy.
I'm bummed there's no proper single player, but it's still a blast to play, and it feels like Castlevania.... almost.
Something feels wrong with Alucard. I'd like to try Shanoa and the other characters, but Alucard is definitely gimped. The speed at which you can attack is very slow (compared to SOTN). Maybe it's a balancing thing, but it's harder to get a few aerial hits in.
And protip, always jump before using magic. You don't have to endure that lengthy animation.
Yeah, dash is odd, but I feel like trying to slash at something while crouched feels really off. And there seemed to be a number of times where it wouldn't register an attack the moment I hit the ground.Nuclear Muffin said:Nah I think it's the same, but what is missing is his infinite backdash. Maybe that's what feels off to you?

Rad- said:Single player demo for (mainly) a multi player game? :lol
Noogy said:might still double dip though with my second 360.
Gowans007 said:Why, download it on the console your wife pays on so it can be played by anyone and any profile on that 360 then download it on the other and play on your live account only.
It's what we do in our house to play games we have bought cross console.
Noogy said:For coop. She'd have little interest playing this 'single player' mode.

TheFreshPrince said:In every single player video I've watched, most enemies are going down in 1 hit. Does the game scale with more people, or is it just super easy?
I know weapons make a difference but these videos are of Chapter 1, so the players cant have that good of gear.
I don't think those new artworks for the game are from Kojima...7Th said:I'm mostly looking forward to the HQ rips of the new Ayami Kojima artwork. <3
Sectus said:Netcode seems to be great. I just played a match with random American and Japanese players (I'm in Norway), and I didn't feel even any hint of lag, even with all of us running around and fighting the same enemies.
By the way, I recommend turning on the 2x camera setting. For some reason it's not accessible by default, and I think that setting works great for playing. The other views are way too zoomed out.
