Man even with an attack buff in my sub, the demon's HP is kinda just getting insane...i'm going to have to start sending requests soon.

Same here (at lvl80). I needed 4 souls for 80 so I think I'm done and will be helping out too.
Happened to me too, except that I had no fruit so it used prysma <.<.
And damn lvl86, no Coro so far from pull. I can 1 orb when I get the appropriate mana, but my warriors die fast against Coro and her 1.7k atk.
Ouch. That's worse
I've lost a lot of desire to continue. Just finished 83. Was fun for a bit.

Finally got a friend expansion: BK_GAF (ID: 181,929,145)
54 Coro's down; getting to the point where I need a 2nd run to clear, so a few higher level friends wouldn't hurt.
Current team:
Alvert (Lv. 35; LB0, w/ Liberation) - Leader
Kai (Lv. 22; LB1)
Rhynel (Lv. 20; LB0)
Melvina (Lv. 30; LB0)

Sub-party exists solely for me to get extra gold at this point. I'm 1 cost point short of being able to add a 3* in reserve, so I'm using business instincts for extra gold.
...thinking about adjusting my lineup after the demon raid. Coro (LB0 so far)/Dusty/Hero/Melvina, is the best alternative I can fit under the cap; tough to justify not using a 5* character once one's available. We'll see how I feel in a few days.

Freed up some spots on my friend-list, so I sent some requests to people on the spreadsheet I didn't have, I hope you guys are remembering that exists since I see a lot of code posting.

One thing I wish this game copied from One Piece Treasure Cruise is that the game tells you that someone searched your id for a invite - would make telling friend requests easier from random ones

Yeah, eventually it gets to the point that any damage healed gets negated and then some like a millisecond later. x_x
So I've cleared 84 and ever since 80 it's been taking me 2 souls each level. Plus I'm totally reliant on friend Lindseys with Liberation. I'm really regretting not waiting to put the grief sword on mine. I really had no idea just how much of a damage difference it would make.
My current strategy basically amounts to Send friend Lindsey to meet Coro -> Spam skill -> Let other units bunch up on Coro and deal damage while being murdered by goons ->
Lindsey feasts upon her allies' mana in a vain struggle to say alive -> Run out of mana -> Eat dirt
Currently I've got Melvina in my last sub slot, but she isn't really doing anything so I'll probably throw in a 1 star warrior to be sacrificed for more mana since I haven't been keeping any spare 3 stars. Normally I wouldn't need them and at max level they'd get what, maybe an extra 2 seconds of life?
I think I'm going to stick it out a bit longer and see how much further I can get. Still no Coro drops outside of the standard level 50 and 80 rewards. It seems Juliana's curse has already taken hold of me.

Can't complain too much on the Coro front as the pulls let me finally upgrade from Latty to Johan/Melvina, but still wouldn't mind pulling something better than a 3* in the game aside from the Nimpha I had to reroll a bunch of times to get as a starter.
I finally received a Coro from the demon gatcha. At least she's at an even number now [70], although I'd love to LB her two more times to max her out. Given how difficult it was to get an extra from the gatcha, though, I'm not hopeful. I'm also not progressing anymore in my personal demon ranks, mostly helping out everyone else who needs it. So I'm dependent on those Demon Coins to get anything else.
Oh well. I can't complain, at least I'll LB2 her. My condolences to you all, for those that haven't yet been fortunate enough. Don't give up hope, there's still plenty of time left in this event!

A seconds ago I've got my first Coro from demon gatcha too. Coro~chan <3

I don't have any Souls now, but if I ever see a posting from you, I'll definitely help. It'll be 90 minutes until they're all replenished though, I just got through assisting someone else.

Changed my main with Maurice, level 41, equipped with Liberation Sword.
I am struggling from lv 55, two souls to do 1 level.
I don't know if I will able to reach 80 at this rate.

Yeah, she definitely can't use swords. Only blunt weapons, so Mace/Axe/Hammer.
Not really sure what to tell you. These games are like casinos - they are tuned to make the developer money, and thus, the RNG is always stacked against you.
I've kind of accepted the fact that there will be certain things in the game I will never achieve, like it would've been awesome to get a full LB Coro, but yeah, that's not happening with this coin rate lol.
My advice would be to take what the game gives you and try to enjoy it, and there will always be the next raid, event or opportunity to try and get lucky.
For me, this raid has been awesome due to the sheer amount of rings and enhancers I've got. I just got my Nimpha to level 60 purely as the result of this raid. These are sort of indirect results it's also easy to overlook.
I hope I don't come out as condescending, ultimately it's up to you to decide if you enjoy this game or not with the shitty RNG.

Basically as long term playing. Main thing now is to collect rings as much as you can.
You definetly want to buy Sulstan & possible buy Tigre too.

You have 100% described my strategy to the T. The only exception is if I have some spare mana, I'll use Ryubia's 2 mana ability to clear all the adds with her Liberation and then I have a much easier time focusing down coro. All the 80s have still taken me 2 souls though. I usually get her down to 80k or so but it's not good enough for 1.
If I had my Lindsey with a liberation sword too I'd be chewing through these levels
Oh well. My only consolation is I still have accomplished pretty much what I wanted to from this event and had used the targeted knight event to max my grief sword. That was a long and painful process.

you would. The killer would get the chest, you would get the tier reward as it is your demon (i.e. the level 80 reward which is the coro card) and you would both share the demon coins based on the amount of damage you did.

awesome, ill just crawl my way to 80 and then beg for help after i blow my three coins on her.
Hmm. Connection problems again. sigh. Happened right after I killed the 89 coro. We'll see if I actually have credit for it or not.
Does the 90 coro have another boost in hp? I'm still cruising with 2 souls. I do anywhere from 300-330k damage the first soul so the second is super easy. If the 90s continue with the high 300s I should have no issues getting to 100.
edit: Got the 89 credit. That's good I guess. And for server downtime compensation they've given us..... a stamina fruit! hooray.
