Also, UNC had about 60-40% picks on ESPN pickcentre.

Here's the thing about the state of South Carolina. They have less than 5 million people in the whole state.

Split that between two power five schools and its gonna hard to produce enough instate talent for both schools to be great at the same time unless the school is a super power like say Alabama that can get kids all across the nation.
