Yeah, saw that too. Also, look how close Oregon and Oregon St. are. You'd figure that state would have bandwagon-ed right over to Quackville.

So, Stanford and USC are the Republican colleges of California.
Of course BYU is the Repub college, but I'm shocked that Utah is tremendously Democratic. Do they know they are in Utah?

Last week I posted during the A&M-Miss. St. game how ridiculous it was that the Miss. St. band played "O Fortuna" after A&M got a five yard gain on first down. After a bit of fact checking, I realize that the Miss. St. band is the only one using the song properly. It isn't a song about 'fortune' in general, it's a flat-out complaint about how fortune screws you over. Which, considering the start of the Bulldogs' season compared to these last two games, fits perfectly.

All the other bands that over-play the song: you're basically asking to give up a huge gain on 3rd and 15.

Texas A&M's

For the first half. :(

Sad, but usually true...

If you want the real truth, he'd be Alabama all the way. Alabama Grad.

Stallings has already said, and I have no problem with, that he will pull for A&M, in all contests between A&M and Alabama. Gotta go with your alma mater.

Seems like only LSU was worthy enough to get mentions.

It would be nice to get some comments from the other regions of the country, but since no one up north or out west visit football forums or post, we'll never know how they really feel.

Took me a sec to find the key to the map. I understood what the red and blue were going to be, but the black (which is "who do you pull for" in terms of in state universities)

Lol California, USC is 4th? Behind Cal, Stanford and UCLA?

Michigan's data seems more than a little strange, especially the democrat/republican stats.

When asked if he would give his players time to vote today, Steve Spurrier replied: "Those who are 21."

The University of Utah is right in Salt Lake City, a pretty liberal city. SLC pretty much always has a Democrat for a mayor and it's a LGBT-friendly town.

Either I made up lies about the Boston Bomber or I fell for someone else's crap. Either way, I have absolutely no credibility and you should never pay any attention to anything I say, no matter what the context. Perm me if I claim to be an insider
I like Bezerkely, it feels like the People's Republic of Boulder.

USC had a ton of republicans when I was there. All those rich kids from Orange County.

One of the best things Youtube (or NewTube as Pat Dye calls it) has done, is have the ability to upload full football games on it. I've watched various recent Alabama games on it, as well as games from the 90's and the 70's. Get to go back and see how different the game was back then.

Yup, I've watched some games from back in the day as well. It's pretty cool to have those on there now.

Also, UofO/Eugene is like Berkeley North. Corvallis is very right-leaned.

Maybe I need one of these with the Oregon logo:

Fun note about Teddy Icewater For Heisman Trip At Least, Damnit!:

5th in the nation in passing efficiency.

In conference play (last 4 games), he has averaged 325 yards passing, and has 10 touchdowns to 1 interception.

His improvement from a surprise early freshman substitution season which showed promise, to delivering in amazing fashion, with a sophomore year that has the school 9-0 for the first time in history. (source)

Gotta give props to a receiver corps that is playing reliable and efficient as he has, adding a sense of heart to the team with spirited and long yards after tackle opportunities. A line that gives him substantially more breathing room than he had last year. Incredible poise so early in his career.
Nah, man. That one week where I tried to outspam MightyHealthy makes me the king of Saturday. You are the King of Consistency, though. MightyHealthy and I ended up tied at 310, but I think I broke his spirit, as he has posted less for many weeks running.
I never wanted to punch a kangaroo so fuckin bad. One of the weeks I topped up, it didn't get mentioned...that also made me sad too.

It's mostly because I have to tone it down regardless, because I will be working a side job for the holidays, and will have a tough time catching up a couple days, I'd imagine. Then again, I'm pretty good at what I do, so I'm already realizing I can just make sure I'm not scheduled during football games. Yes!!! lol

Can't blame him for mixing up 18 & 21. We have two legal ages in this country, and it's sometimes hard to remember what age gets you which privilege in this great country. Let's do a quick review.

Right to vote: 18
Right to smoke tobacco: 18
Right to serve in the military :18
Right to drink alcohol: 21
Right to enter a strip club: 18
Right to have sex with a prostitute (In select Nevada counties only): 18
Right to play state lottery: 18
Right to buy porn: 18
Right to be in porn: 18

And the legal age to enter a native american owned casino is 18, but non-native american owned is 21. Not sure if that one is a national law or just personal experience.

So basically he mixed up voting with drinking.

I love watching our defense work, it's sooo good*.. hate that I have to watch it for 40+ minutes per game though. Two and a half weeks to practice that offense, Gatas. It's like bowl-game prep time. Should be able to flatten the Seminoles.

*imagine if Ronald Powell was healthy.

Depends on alcohol I believe. They are regulated by the federal government, not the states.

There are all sorts of weird loopholes you can use on reservations because of this. It's the least we could do for wiping them out and forcing them into Oklahoma, and then taking that land.
