It doesn't looks good at all. They lose all subtlety the first had, replacing it with gung ho soldiers and copious amounts of spotty CGI monsters.
Kind of like the move from Jarhead to Jarhead 2.

Just finished the first volume of Earth 2. That was pretty good. Really enjoyed that. So unabashedly heroic. And not so dark or mopey either. The characters are likable so far...it's basically Justice League but better.
Also, if I'm not mistaken, Kara and Helena are the main Earth's Power Girl and Huntress, right? Since they went through that portal?

The epic quest of Sette the thief and her literalte ward/attack zombie Duane as they search for the fabled land of
SETTETANIA!
The main story revolves around rude, loud-mouthed Sette Frummagem, daughter of the Lord of Thieves. Sette is on a mission from her Da', and she'll lie, cheat, and steal to make sure it's a success (she'll lie, cheat, and steal anyway). Condemned to aid her in her rotten endeavours is a rotten corpse by the name of Duane Adelier, who seems oddly talented with the supernatural, and oddly not laying motionless in the dirt.

It's damn good is what it is. Two of the three Kickstarters I've ever contributed to were Unsounded Kickstarters. Amazing work.
Garth Ennis is interesting because although he claims to hate superheroes, when he has to write them he gets them so right.
