I'm so frustrated! Apparently every single number I want to read on Marvel Unlimited gives 404, the others are fine. Can any other subscribe check for me if they're able to read:

- Fantastic Four (1998) #533
- Daredevil (1998) #82
- Amazing Spider-Man (1999) #529
- Wolverine Origins (2006) #1
- New Avengers: Illuminati (2006) #1

This is just a random sample of what I'm not able to read. I catching up to the road to Civil War but apparently I can't. Weird this is, if I try to read something more recent I can. It all happened after the last app update but I get 404s from the desktop reader (marvel's website) as well so it's bound to be a problem on their end.

I'm wasting this last, paid month of subscription because I'm not able to read what I want. @MarvelSupport on Twitter won't answer. I'll email them as well, just wanted to make sure it's not a problem on my end.

These all worked fine for me. I checked using the web interface with Chrome.

Love it. LOVE. IT.

Very cool seeing Supreme Power Nighthawk and Heroes Reborn Hawkeye/Wolverine/Wolverhawk. I used them both on my Weapon X team when I ran a tabletop Exiles game.

Okay, so maybe I'm going crazy, but it seems like on Comixology (my go-to place for comics that are not on Marvel Unlimited) there's a LOT of time I can buy a trade paperback of some run for $15, or the individual issues that make up the run for $2 each, meaning I save a few bucks just getting the issues and not the trade. This is especially prevalent with Image Comics

Is there some value proposition I'm missing on the trades here? It makes sense in physical print, but not really with digital

This piece has good observations but wrong conclusions. Carol Danvers is not the problem, the problem is there aren't many people at Marvel -or DC for that matter- that are as passionate or as loud in championing characters as Kelly Sue is to Carol, I feel like, to get more and better representation of minority characters in comics, there's a super easy fix, and that's to get more minority voices.

The piece proves it, there are people out there who are way passionate about Monica Rambeau and who are willing to get down and dirty and fight for her. You just gotta find a couple who can make good comics, let them get loud, and amplify their voices. That's how you make the Spectrum Squadron. (Or Monica Minions)

Captain Marvel compared to the other female led titles just looks so meh. Hasn't Kamala overshadowed her at this point? She seems like the main focus now.

Can people sound off on what tablets they read their comics on? Trying to find a decent one without selling my soul to Samsung.

iPad Mini. HUELEN made a decent case for the aspect ratio (it is really nice) versus other tablets, but they'd also get the job done. Will be returning it soon for a full-sized iPad, however

I read a lot of comics on my Nexus 7, but I will be upgrading soon to something with a larger screen... preferably 10" or above.

Nah

I really am not a fan of the art in Ms Marvel either. Alphona's art changed so much over the years. I really loved his Runaways art too.

Do you read you most anticipated book first?

I go from least anticipated to my most. So usually Saga or Batman are the last in my pile.

I used to do that but I read a lot of books most would consider bad and I found myself tiring and never reading the good stuff. Saving it for when I am in a good mood, and that mood never came.

Nook HD+. Still does the job. Might get a new one at Christmas, but tablets be expensive and all it will be used for is comics and the occasional game of Hearthstone when getting out of bed is too much effort.

I don't care about Kamala at all and Captain Marvel is first or second book I read each week it comes out.

I'm very, very disappointed in you Messi. You should get the hardcover when it comes out.

It could be argued you're paying for the convenience of having multiple issues in a single trade instead of tons and tons of singles that blow out your library.

First of all thanks for trying and for the reply!

Really? That is so weird. It gives me 404 - page not found on everything I've tried! My iPhone app, iPad app, web interface with chrome for mac, chrome fir windows and safari for mac! It must be a problem on my account then... So weird!
I'll contact the support via mail now telling them that it must be something wrong with my account. Thanks again!

EDIT: btw this is what I get via web. It would be funny if it wasn't frustrating :(

Asked Kurtis Wiebe on twitter what the chances of us getting a sweet Rat Queens hardcover and he replied to me '100%'

So there you have it. Hot scoops.

Like Velvet. The single issues have those essays and articles in the back which I thought were really great and they are not in the trade.

They might be in the deluxe though.

I think if they don't put essays in the trades of Bitch Planet, then half the point of the book would be lost.

Wait, the SINGLE ISSUES have the special features that the trades don't? That seems.. backwards? Is that common?

Ill send her a tweet and see if they are.

I think I read somewhere that they are only in the singles of velvet to incentivise people to pick up the singles.

So not only are the singles less expensive than the trades, but they have more stuff. Alright

Is this a special promotion that makes all of Image's singles $2, or are they always like that?

After a month all image books drop to $2, DC has something similar 1-2 months but im not sure which. Marvel take much longer to do reductions.
