Yea, I'm totally on board with you guys in regards to Thor. Not only is Aaron straight up a fantastic writer and obviously well suited to the character, he's really shown how flexible the concept is, what it is to be *Thor*, what it is to be human, to step in to one and out of the other, for both the original and obviously FemThor. Great stuff. I can't speak to Uncanny avengers unfortunately, not a book I follow. Really up for Thor 3 though, both Thor and Strange movies should get more eyes on Aaron and what's he up to right now. I love that he can take high profile characters, tell very personal stories and keep the books fairly self contained to boot.
Hagi, his own stuff is really cool. When you read a bit about Aaron as a guy, his family backgorund and heritage, you realise why he has so much to say, and it reaally comes through in his work. The Other Side is a really cool book, Scalped, wow. Great great series and some really nice HCs out there now, literally a classic run. At this point I'd have to debate with myself if it's in my top 5 runs, but it's really high up there. I think Southern Bastards will outpace it though, I love that book, and Latour's art is just awesome.
And I haven't even got to read the goddamned yet! Every time I check the trade date it's pushed further away
