I haven't yet but I might if I go to my brothers later. I'm tempted to just stay home by myself all day though.
They are all significant preN52 characters:
The leader is Maxwell Lord, who originally worked with the JLI and then Checkmate. He's a meta with mind control powers.
The green woman with the giant eye is the Emerald Empress. She's a Legion of Super-heroes villain from the 30th century.
The guy with the fire sword is Rustam. He is a member of an international terrorist organization that the modern Squad went up against in their first mission. Rick Flag and he were rivals.
The guy in the dark armor is Dr Polaris. He has magnetic powers and was a Silver Age Green Lantern villain and a modern villain of the Ray
The red suit and floating mask is Johnny Sorrow, a JSA villain. He was a regular human whose soul was corrupted by an entity named the King of Tears. He is intangible and can manipulate energy. If he removes his mask he becomes solid, but seeing his true face causes instant death to the viewer.

Interesting.
Have a feeling there won't be much conflict between the JLA and the SS with them in the wings, but we'll see. Right now that fight seems like it'll be over in no time. Wonder Woman against Harley? Good luck with that.
BONUS FACT:
Their hideout in the Swiss Alps is the Checkmate safehouse/HQ where Maxwell Lord killed Ted Kord all the way back in Countdown to Infinite Crisis.

Also, I think it speaks to how much I've spent in the past year that Comixology sent me a $20 code. Which is cool and I'll definitely happily accept it, but it almost feels like an affirmation that I went too far. Like how they give you stuff at a casino if you're spending big.

The first 6 volumes were very good. Volume 7 was a bit meh but worth reading to wrap up the series.

I thought it was pretty average pre Damian's death, but afterwards it was amazing. Especially the issue immediately following his death

I downloaded all my non-DC purchases just now into CBZ, and reading them via moonreader is not the most ideal experience,
but whatever, it's not too bad and as long as I get to read we're good!
It's a Fred Van Lente joint, and he does good things! (even tho Dark Horse abruptly pulled the plug on Resurrectionists... which woulda been amazing if he actually got to tell his story)
I do highly recommend his Magnus Robot Fighter series he did for Dynamite... which unfortunately is no longer on sale at the moment
but it's the most slept on real good comic to come out recently.
turns out, comixology has a whole DRM free backup section that applies to most non-Marvel/DC stuff!!! It'll be a project, but I'm really looking forward to migrating a lot of comics from my tab onto the card!!!completely overlooked the fact that Comixology is probably some proprietary DRM technology that cant be put onto the SD card... my device has already been full for months

Decided I'm definitely walking away from Batman Beyond, Sorcerers Supreme and Spidey/Deadpool. Almost dropped Teen Titans as well, but I'll give it one more shot because I like the team and the villain (two things Sorcerers Supreme is sorely lacking).

I've only read the first issue of Surgeon X so far. I'm going to get caught up on it when I get home from the family thing tonight. I'm not expecting to stick with it past the first arc based on what I've heard but we'll see.

Mom got me a $50 toys r us certificate. Think I'll get Lego Mixels. She got me the same thing last year and I bought the Doctor Who Lego set. WHICH WAS AWESOME.

I really enjoyed the first 4 issues of Plutona... but the final issue was delayed by 3-4 months and was kind of a letdown, at least to me. The issue felt rushed, like maybe it should've been 6 instead of 5 and just didn't feel like a satisfying conclusion.

There's a Barnes and Noble that I walk around when I'm bored, and it has a fairly big Lego section. I almost buy the Tardis set every single time I'm in there.
I'm actually kind of surprised with myself, I usually fold a lot quicker than this.
