It makes for some rough arguments with myself being both insanely frugal and very fond of oversized hardcovers. Luckily I usually do save much more than I spend, so when I do manage to spend my money, I'm kind of pleased with myself. I'm really excited to have books on the way.

I bet the DC section wouldn't even exist.
If you lower your standards all dc books become much better. They all look alike so you don't have to be confused by different art.

That's a good idea. I should read DC books first each week, and finish with Image books.
two issues into Lemire's Green Arrow and it's enjoyable. Not Marvel-good, but DC's trying. Already ordered the first volume of Soule's Red Lanterns and i am interested in his Swamp Thing since it was well reviewed, DC's got a few chances to not be terrible.

The last issue of Uncanny X-Force is the best written Deadpool I've come across. I think Remender wrote my favorite arcs for every major character he used in Uncanny X-Force. That scene with Deadpool
and Evan and nudie magazines instead of hippie books
