Just finished rereading the first arc of Preacher. Sooooooooo good. It's such an incredible combination of humor, character drama, and interesting plot. It's just pure joy to read.

Also, if I could be any fictional character ever created, it would undoubtedly be Jesse Custer. By a country mile. He's like my fictional idol.

That makes me even more excited for Hitman. I'll hopefully get to that semi-soon.
And yesss. Looking forward to reading that arc in the next couple of days.

I think the arc I'm most looking forward to re-reading is the Salvation arc where
Jesse becomes the sheriff of that small town
. I remember enjoying that arc so much. That was a great little detour from the main story.

Let us know what you think! I wonder if it will be the typical Nolan movie where on first watch it's amazing but the more you rewatch it, the more the plot holes ruin it.

There’s a lot of stuff you have to ignore in Preacher (a lot of juvenile, reactionary silliness but also the fact that the God plot kiiinda makes no sense by the end) to get to what Ennis is better than everyone else at: people talking.

I liked the cover and she has an 80's Supergirl toy

That's 100% exactly how I feel about it. The first time I read it, I was put off a bit by some stuff that was a little too over-the-top just for the sake of it, but that didn't stop me from absolutely loving the series because of exactly what you said. The dialogue and character development and all that is so amazing.

Just got around to reading Spider-Verse and Tooth and Claw.

Man I love Copiel's art. So. Damn. Much. Wish he was on more stuff regularly. But yeah, Spider-Verse was pretty cool. Nothing too insane yet, but I'm excited for the next issue.

Tooth and Claw on the other hand....I wasn't feeling. At first. Up until that Wizard Conventionl I really wasn't sure if I'd be picking up issue 2. I mean the tiger boobs were a complete let down after all this hyping, and I just wasn't enjoying how the story was told. But yeah....about halfway through I decided I'd pick up issue 2, and by the end I was wanting issue 2 immediately. Hopefully it can keep up with a smaller issue size.

How can a tiger having boobs be a letdown to you? It's truly something else.

I guess I was let down by the tiger boobs because it wasn't done with any FEELING! It was just a lifeless flash, we did not learn the tigers name, what she was up to the night before, who else loved those soft furry boobs? Why should we care for the boobs if they are just suddenly thrust upon us and then just as suddenly taken away? Next time Busiek, I want Tiger Boobs with FEELING!

I have a preorder in on Amazon for PS4. I see the Batman 75th Anni pack in the season pass is Joker and Harley themed.

Finally, the Batman 75th pack will unlock a number of different Batman costumes from throughout the years. You’ll be playing as Joker and Harley also, as they set up the party for Batman.

Are either of the other two LEGO Batman games any good? They're both $5 on Steam right now and I'm sort of tempted. I don't like the gameplay from the other LEGO games I've played though, so would I not like the LEGO Batman games either?

The last two were decent, but I expect the one to be much better since it's aimed more at the whole DCU than just the Batman portion of things. 150 characters, they're saying. But I think that may be total after $DLC. They're offering a season pass on this one, and I hate those.

Good to know. I do like the Batman IN SPACE idea quite a bit, so I'll probably just wait until Batman 3 is $5 and pick it up rather than get 1 or 2.
