50% so far.
They'd better put a new Batman trailer on it!

FoneBone said:You seem to misunderstand the rating system -- "56%" means that 56% percent of the reviews are "fresh." Less than 60% fresh = rotten.
It's not exactly good, though...
RATING: ROTTEN READING: 56%
Yeah, but I thought you were saying something else... never mind.ManaByte said:It is currently rated as "ROTTEN".

And I've heard nothing but good things about Constantine from people who have seen it overseas.

They don't even care in those movies. Hell they almost had Lex Luthor from Krypton. This isn't Spider-Man, X-Men, Batman, or Superman.

4.5 stars ladies and gentlemen. Thats hardly what I'd call rotten. Filmforce is usually scatheing in their reviews so my money is on this film kicking some ass.

I understand the sentimental value towards Reeves not being Brit, but the simple fact is that as far as I could recall.. there aren't too many demon scenes in the movie itself. The trailer suggest otherwise, but most of that shit that is in the trailer is in the entire film non-cut. You'd be surprised as to how many action scenes there are compared to other "superhero" flicks. The scant CG that there is, is confined to Hell as well as near the end, overall adding up is about 10-15 mins of footage there. This isn't on the same scale of LOTR or The Matrix :lolevil solrac v3.0 said:keanu was the wrong choice for constantine. HE'S BRITISH FOR GOD'S SAKE!! and i feel this movie has way too many cg and special effects shots. it's not like constantine is fighting demons every five seconds and stuff. it's more cerebral. but i guess american audiences cant handle that.... *sigh* and this is one of my favorite books.....

I have a feeling print critics are going to like this one.
Yeah I thought it was pretty funny too cause it was just so.. laid back style for some reason.ElyrionX said:The middle-finger scene (you'll get what I mean when you watch the show) is a goddamn fucking classic.
