I find the "futuristic" suit of the main character very off with the Raccon City setting. For the rest, looks super-mid, not bad and not awesome, like a 7/10.
 
I'm definitely excited for this but I do hope it more enemy variety.

Edit: The Callisto Protocol also had to mutation mechanic but the issue was other than their looks enemies behaviour and animation didn't really change…..I hope this game doesn't make the same mistake.

Day 1. After what they did with SH2R, they showed what they're truly capable of doing and I want to support them for sure. I hope this does great, and I hope the SH1R is just as amazing as SH2R, if not even more so!
 
The atmosphere is great, but honestly… I don't know. For something that's supposed to be sci-fi, there's not that much actual sci-fi in here. Take away the spacesuit, and it could easily pass for another SH or RE clone. And those monsters that merge into a bigger, stronger one? Feels kinda ripped straight out of Callisto Protocol and maybe even Dead Space.
 
Try Callisto Protocol cause that's where most similarities seem to come, especially the first enemy coming out from the wall.
Callisto Protocol had more of a melee heavy combat, usually you used melee weapons to open up the enemy for a quick shot.
This game seems to rely only on fire arms. I guess the enemies are quite similar to callisto protocol.
 
I'm very interested in this game, the art looks great and the environment art is even better. Unfortunately this brief gameplay snippet didn't show anything remarkable cause it was too focused indoors, but the environment appears to take place in London, in an Earth that was shattered by some sort of a temporal catastrophe.
 
Looks good but i still think the enemy desing is pretty generic.
I kinda agree especially compare to Dead Space and Silent Hill games.



I'm not gonna be in to this game much since its in first person but it has horrifying enemy designs.

I was super excited for this and I'm still on board but the more gameplay they've shown, the less exciting it looks. The combat really is missing a hook and looks barebones to me. Like how exciting would Dead Space be without dismemberment, stasis and kinesis? So far I'm only seeing super slow movement, standing in place and shooting with little hit feedback nor enemy damage, and then no dodge or anything and player gets hit.

The presentation is doing some really heavy lifting and I'm hoping it turns out to be more than just a super basic version of Dead Space + Poland.
 
These monster designs are... kind of ass?

Also that big blood splatter when he stomped that monster looked laughably dated.

I imagine this will be similar to Callisto in terms of quality and gameplay depth.

Temper your hype.

I may love Callisto but most of you do not.

Why am I mentioning all this?

-Have you played Bloobers prior games?
-Have you played SH2R?

If so you know their gameplay offering is very shallow. They can push big visuals, they can push atmosphere, but gameplay is just serviceable.

SH2R without the story that SH2 offers would be an abysmal game… let that sink in.

Bloober has never made a good game on their own, this looks like they are back to ripping other games off
I don't see an issue with this. After all, plagiarism is the sincerest form of flattery, plus, you can learn a whole lot and become really good at what you do by copying your betters. Just look at the PRC's technological development. They're jumping ahead in several areas due to having become extremely experienced at reverse engineering the most modern tech the world has to offer, they have 2 different 6th gen fighter jet prototypes flying about but no one in the US has ever seen a single F-47 prototype in the skies.
