There was a third Mulan?
Huh, could've sworn there was.
I'm sorry, my brain is still trying to process two goddamn Cinderella sequels, even after all these years.

It is inevitable.Gigantic has a giantess princess.
Here comes the Rule 34. :/
EDIT: She's eleven, crisis averted.

WHO IS MOANA
Story Supervisor Josh Cooley wound up coming with an idea for an Inside Out short film, "Riley's First Date?" (with a "?")
It'll be on the Inside Out blu-ray this fall, but it sounds like they're gonna show it right now

Hope it's someone new and not the Hockey guy.

I can see it.They're looking at Chris Pratt.

Anyone following the live blog just get really worried about an Inside Out 2 announcement? Thank goodness they're just talking about the short, haha.
why would it not be the hockey guy?
You know it's gonna be the hockey guy.
Clip from the shortIt's him

because going with the first boy she speaks with is dumb
It's a great little short! It's more about Riley's parents than anything. Basically, the kid from the hockey game comes over and, while the dad sits with him in the kitchen, the mom goes upstairs to try and pry information about whether or not it's a date from Riley
We do go back into Riley's head with all the voices returning, but most of the short is from the dad's perspective and the inside of his own head and emotions
Poetry.
The environment is going to be as photo-real as possible
director Peter Sohn and producer Denise Ream are presenting near photo-real CGI shots that draws gasps from the crowd.
Still not quite sure on this directionNature is a character in #TheGoodDinosaur, meaning they wanted to create visceral landscapes that seemed real
Yep. I think Moana is going to a watershed moment for animation. The work that all others are judged against from here on out.So, someone is going to have to convince me to get excited for The Good Dinosaur, because to be honest, it doesn't seem all that great or original so far (at least plot-wise).

photo real backgrounds with dumb play doh looking dinosaurs doesn't sound that interesting to me unfortunately. Are they still making that Day of the Dead film?
First thought that popped in my head reading the Twitter responses was "Wow, Disney fans are nuts!"
Yeah that's the thing that's really making me hesitant. Why didn't they just go with at least semi-realistic dinosaurs? It worked great for The Land Before Time.
The last time Disney tried that, it didn't go great.

I don't think they are Disney fans at all. The reason why they are all so enthusiastic on knowing who's Moana is because there's a rumor that a girl from some girlband is gonna be the one that plays her. So those are basically the fans wanting to know if she actually is.
One word that throws everyone into a panic: Feathers
Finding Dory time. Sell me on this, Pixar.
I don't know, I think I would consider Dinosaur a bit more on the too realistic side in regards what they were aiming with the film's tone and what not. I think 'semi-realistic" I think of the t-rex from Meet the Robinsons, but maybe that's too cartoony.
But it's been a minute since I saw Land before Time.
