I've just reached the second bonfire and I feel like I've probably missed a few paths. Will have to backtrack once I slay whoever awaits me at the end and explore it.
Ok, found them.If your question is "where can I find the rest of the videos?", then I don't have the answer but would love to know it as well! ^^
Where should I go after beating Queelag and Ceaseless Discharge? Continue through the Ruins? Or head somewhere else? I'd like to upgrade my +10 halberd to lightning, if possible.
So, I was in the Duke's Archive. All of sudden I saw this message saying something like "disasters are gone when defeating gravelord servants..." Was I invaded by a gravelord servant covenant member? Nothing seemed to happen. I just proceeded to the rest of the level as usual.
So.. I saw a couple of white rings of light in Catacombs. Never saw those before. Something to do with the gravelord covenant?
I saw them too. I asked in here someone said they are miracle resonance thing. Like if you cast a certain spell near those grins it is gonna get buff or something.
I think that's a miracle resonance spot. Whenever I got near them all my miracle icons (except for Great Lightning Spear) would have a white ring within the icon as well. I had used them all up though so I couldn't test it.So.. I saw a couple of white rings of light in Catacombs. Never saw those before. Something to do with the gravelord covenant?
Rushing past these skeletons to kill the sorcerer that brings them back to life in The Catacombs is a bit tedious.
Cool area, though.
Man, the Dragonslayer Greatbow might be the greatest, most satisfying weapon to ever exist.
Watching someone fly off after getting hit once is amazing, I went back to the spot where the 2 archers in Anor Lando and killed them just because...
Ah.. this game.
Anyone ever figure out what the empty treasure chest in the room afterdoes? Or the pendant? I wonder what secrets are still out there.beating Gwyndolin
Man I can't beat the Anor Londa boss. I can't keep the fast guy separated from the large guy long enough to kill him. It's really frustrating.
Edit: I think I'm under powered right now. My spear doesn't do enough damage, and my pyromancy spells take too long.
Thanks boss. The Gravelord sword gets pretty powerful after upgrading, and it has Toxic, which is a pretty brutal status effect at low levels and is still a decent distraction at high level play. It can also stagger like a boss. The Gravelord Sword Dance miracles are basically just a reskinned Firestorm and are pretty useless for anything but fooling around; the windup takes FOREVER and pretty much any enemy strong enough to justify its use will just beat the shit out of you before you can even fire it off, and it's even worse in PvP.
Where is Big Hat Logan? I freed him from Sen's, came back to Firelink and nothing. So I quit and loaded again, still not there. This isn't a thing is it? Cause that would suck.
I was thinking the same thing. Maybe I need to backtrack a bit and go to Sen's Fortress ...The Demon Ruins always felt to me like the intended last level.
Underground, lava, bosses are now regular enemies & the boss is relevant to how the story being setup.
Gwyn's tomb contains three treasure chests at the end, one of them contains the Lordvessel, so yes, O&S can be skipped by killing Gwyndolin, otherwise you'll find that chest to be empty when you do kill him.
I'm finally at Kiln of the Last Flame. But I'm thinking about backtracking and killing any NPC that drops anything significant. Any tips?
Edit: Ooh I have gotten the ninja flip ring. Where was it again?
Aha, I don't have the Fog Ring, but I'm gonna trading the Skull with Snuggly for sure, as I haven't been successfully summoned by Alvina in some time, then I'll get the Dark Wood Grain Ring. The dark wood grain ring is acquired thusly:
Join Alvina's forest hunter covenant.
Merchant Shiva of the East appears near her building thing.
He has a ninja bodyguard nearby who is fog-ring invisible. He's near the cliff.
Kill that bodyguard and he'll drop the ring. This betrays the forest covenant.
Some things to consider: You can buy stuff from Shiva if you go to Blighttown; he's near the waterwheel (and bodyguard is on the other side of the wall he's leaning against). See if there's anything you want before you kill his friend. If you don't have the ring of fog and you want it, you need to kill 3 forest invaders before betraying the covenant. Or you can trade a lantern for it with snuggly, which would be way easier.
I'm almost at the end of the game too. Is there a basic checklist of stuff to do to prepare for NG+?
Is it just kill all NPCs and kindle all bonfires as much as possible?

I finally got the damn Platinum after much raging at the last part of the game,it's a bitch going through 3 NG to secure all weapons and slabs but I did it...... Now I can finally put this game away.
This game can be replayed infinitely at higher difficulty right?
Do I also need to be a member of the Covenant for him to appear in Blighttown? Also, which spot is recommended, ie: safest. I don't want him dropping from the cliff in the forest if that's a possibility. Some things to consider: You can buy stuff from Shiva if you go to Blighttown; he's near the waterwheel (and bodyguard is on the other side of the wall he's leaning against).

As the post above says - Purge stone. It can be bought from the pardoner, but it also drops from the clam enemies.
NG7 is the max in terms of difficulty, but you can keep going, it just won't get any harder.
Does Shiva join the fight?Yeah you do. I killed him in blighttown. Just make sure you're well prepared for the fight, if you get killed trying to take him down you'll have to absolve your sins and join the covenant again to make him reappear.
I don't know who the pardoner is and I don't particularly want to go all the way back to the beginning of the game and farm souls for an hour to buy a purge stone. Is that really my only option?
I ALWAYS get lost in the Catacombs. I HATE having to go back to Vamos because it always takes me like ten minutes to find the fucker.

Not true, at least for me.Yeah you do. I killed him in blighttown. Just make sure you're well prepared for the fight, if you get killed trying to take him down you'll have to absolve your sins and join the covenant again to make him reappear.
Yeah, I found that the hard way, but I did it. The fight was easier thanks to being able to lock on invisible targets. Thank you based 1.05.Yeah, you've got to fight them both.
