Sure and I'm not denying that. In Flash we get Thawne back but he wasn't the main villain for S2. That belongs to Zoom and Ls (just like LoT). I don't watch Arrow so I can't comment on that.

If they do have Savage back are they going to have him be the main villain again? Will they have him appear a few times and go back to S2s main villain (whoever that is or whoever they are)? I should have worded it better but that's what I'm talking about. I can't imagine them having Savage be the main villain again for S2.

They've written themselves into a corner where Savage needs to die. I don't think anyone will be crying over Druckmann not returning for season two, he's not beloved like Arrow and Flash's finest.

I think Savage gets put down in a semi permanent way. Potential for guest spots, but not the main threat of next season. This wasn't even a very long season for a tv show and I feel like the well is already dry in regards to what they can do with this version of Savage.

If they're still time traveling in season two - and I'm hoping they limit it frankly - a dead Savage can still return. The Reverse Flash bit the dust but he's still around.

Also can he be on Legends plz

Same. They could save money too. Stop in an era, stay there for 2 or 3 episodes and then jet off again.

They should or should've taken a page after Hereafter. Travel to the far future where Savage is the last living person and remorseful of his actions.

Serious Sam is a wicked gahbidge series for chowdaheads.
My pitch for a rebooted/retooled season 2 would have them dimension hopping alternate realities created from all the ways they messed up the timeline, like a superpowered Sliders.

Make it so they can't get back to their main reality until everything is fixed.

Why can't season 2 just be a Justice Society show. After coming back to the present Snart/Heatwave go back to crime and the others figure that the world needs a team to combat threats that one hero alone can't take and form the Justice Society. It allow's for easy guest spots and cast changes without being handicapped by time travel.

One thing I'd like to see is the public reception to superheroes becuase in the past 4 years in universe a ton have been popping up here and there.

My main hope for next season is

Arrow season 4 - Get back to basics fighting more Street Level threats and bringing in Meta Humans here and there. Focus on team Arrow actual making a difference in the city and doing a slight adaption of the Mike Grell GA stuff with some of Batman War Games, crime bosses and super freaks.

Flash season 3 - Cut back on the speedsters and bring in the rouges as a major season threat.

Supergirl season 2 - Semi reboot pulling in everything about Supergirl into the Arrowverse expect Superman.

Legends of tomorow - A JSA/JL/Avengers styled team show that has a core cast but working as connecting vehicle for all the other shows.

Off limits unfortunately. This show's original planning stages went:
  1. Let's do JSA. DC says no. "JSA but different name?" DC still still not keen.
  2. Then they went to Outsiders, but it didn't work without Batman context.
  3. Then they were going to give Hawkgirl a solo show (ugh).
  4. They they were going to do a show devoted entirely to the Hawkfamily (double ugh).
  5. Then they said screw it and just came up with Legends as an excuse to team everyone up.

Ras has been pretty great this season. I little campier than I remember, but its an interesting take. I wonder why they turned the League of Assassins into a paramilitary group, though.




So- two episodes left, and we still haven't seen payoff from the Sgt. Rock, Doctor Midnight, Hourman, Sandman, and Ma Hunkel the Red Tornado teases from DC's instagram. I wonder how those are going to play in?

It's established Eobard knows Rip and Rip probably knows Eobard but the timelines are a little odd. Eobard was born and a teenager during Savage's reign, but it appears the future he remembers is a positive one so I guess Eobard is from a post-Legends saved timeline? He's got speed and time force, they really don't need to explain shit.

As mementos in Rip's quarters on the shelf. That's about as much as they'll play in.

Set S2 in the 40s and we can do them all.

The entire plot and execution of last weeks episode was trash I'm tired of dumb characters doing dumb things to keep the plot moving forward.

Could have all been fixed by having Savage just mindscrew everyone, and then just escaping himself without Ray going into the cage.

Snart should have murdered carter... Then kendra would have had no choice.


Ray opening the cage was one of the dumbest moments I've seen on tv in a while.
