Forza caters to a way larger group of people.
I love DS2 but try explaining the game to someone and what they are getting into. An over simplification of UPS simulator, which isnt really wrong- but not exactly fair either. lol

when I first played DS1 the first few intro chapter is a UPS simulator, but when the open world unlocked, this game really shines and there's a lot of gameplay mechanic and surprisingly combat

FH5 isn't being discounted. It's $60 on PlayStation store. Those lists are sorted on revenue anyway, so the price actually swings the 'units' comparison even further.

And not only is this the first discount for the game its also the first time i get a notification on my phone telling me about said discount…not once but twice! Once is typical if you have a game on a wishlist…i got it twice so far.
