He also kinda agreed with this thread that NXT has a bunch of guys that really shouldn't be in developmental. They are ver ready and probably better than a lot of the main roster guys. He named Finn, Charlotte, Zayn and Neville. Crazy that Ascension is being called up but he guesses you gotta give them a shot some time because they have been there for so long.
Basically what we have been thinking in there.

Chamber is the perfect PPV for the stretch between Rumble and Mania. Easy gimmick where you can get the belt off/on anybody and set up feud. And they're always fun to watch.

There straight up shouldn't be a PPV in between Rumble and Mania. That entire chunk of time between Rumble and Mania should be purely for building up Mania fueds - no need to have potential title changes inbetween there. Your Mania main event should be set the moment someone points at the WM31 sign

Elimination Chamber is fun and playful. It just had a shitty slot in between Rumble and Mania. It would work if it was after Mania when WWE stops giving a fuck about the product and goes into cruise control. Then you could actually have a title change in the Chamber match.

Eh. It's not complete trash. It's a failed attempt to recreating the original film while not taking into an account the other demographics. Basically, could have been worse.
The reboot and the third film are completely devoid of a soul.
The ref was the biggest Ric Flair mark in the world. COLLUSION.
2 is dope, just not as dope as the original. Still a top tier late 80s/early 90s stupid action movie. 3 is absolutely terrible and somehow the Prime Directives series was even worse. The remake is the blandest shit possible.

Prime Directives was them trying to make it "dark and gritty" but with none of the style and comedy of the original. Also the acting sucked ass, and it had a tiny budget, so even worse effects than Dick Jones falling to his death with Stretch Armstrong arms.

rewatching Zayn/Neville this morning and in the front row there was this young kid in the front with either his/her dad/brother (not sure if it's a boy or girl). The emotion of that kid after the first false finish (Neville super kick after first ref bump) was amazing. Obvious Zayn fan and had to be consoled by dad/brother. Speaks volumes of how like-able Zayn is and what an incredible story the two told on Thursday in the ring!

It's hard to give it much props though. I mean, the original is just too far apart from anything else. If the second film was straight to video (ala Darkman), I'd probably push it ahead more.
