lol, he on the Dec 15 Raw and all Brock cares about is who pays him the most amount of money.

When his contract is due all he is going to care about is who pays him the most.

Plus its Foley and his daughter.

CBS would pay Brock more to skype into Bellator events than Vince will pay him to main event mania.

Texas' best indy, Inspire Pro, finally released their poster and lineup for their next show, which will be on the first Sunday of the new year.

One of the most historic nights in Inspire Pro history occurred back on January 5th, 2014, when the first ever ECSTASY OF GOLD rocked the Marchesa Hall & Theater. The top prize within this organization found its first owner, competitors battled for superiority against some of the world’s best and there were many shocks and surprises along the way. Now, after a year of growth for Inspire Pro and the men and women that compete within it, we present our season premiere event, ECSTASY OF GOLD II on Sunday, January 4th, 2015. Let’s take a look at the lineup scheduled for that evening:

THE J-CROWN CORONATION GAUNTLET FOR THE INSPIRE PRO J-CROWN

Since the dismissal of Sammy Guevara, the former champion’s crown title has been without a brow to rest on. At ECSTASY OF GOLD II, that changes, and we will coronate a new J-Crown champion. Since Inspire Pro considers this something of a reboot for their junior title, the winner will once again be determined through the coronation gauntlet. While the first gauntlet featured ten men competing for a grand prize, there will be over a dozen participating this time.

Inspire Pro management has also made a revolutionary decision that will impact the title going forward: The J-Crown will hence forth be recognized as an INTER-GENDER title, meaning that both men and women can challenge for the championship. Several women have now been entered into the Coronation Gauntlet in hopes of walking away with the crown, including KAT GREEN and DELILAH DOOM. Also making her Inspire debut will be masked Luchadora SHEKINAH ELIJAH.

Other names vying for the title include JOJO BRAVO and STEVE’O RENO. Wrestling Revolution’s MATT RIOT and TONY STRONG have also entered the Gauntlet, along with Orphans ZAC and DG TAYLOR.

Per the result of a match at FUN FUN FUN FEST, “Bleeding Heart” DAVEY VEGA won himself the cushy spot of entering the gauntlet last, which in the eyes of many makes him the odds-on favorite to take the crown.

THOMAS MUNOS captured the hearts of Inspire fans after sticking up for himself against former J-Crown champion Guevara in the very first GAUNTLET, and so it is poetic that he makes his IN-RING INSPIRE DEBUT, where he will fight to wear the crown once possessed by a man he still holds a burning hatred toward. For Thomas, this is very personal.

Come January 4th, it’s every man and woman for themselves!

TRIOS MATCH: The New Movement (Cherry Ramons, Keith Lee & “Jiggle-O” James Johnson) vs. World Class Syndicate (“The Texas Lion” Carson, Moonshine Mantell & a MYSTERY PARTNER)

CHRIS TREW.biz promised victory for his New Movement at BATTLE WARS, and while his clients were immensely impressive, a win against the NWA Wrestling Revolution All Stars didn’t happen.

Many would say communication issues plagued this group, particularly between “Jiggle-O” JAMES JOHNSON and his teammates. No matter what the cause may be, Trew’s army has regrouped and is looking to come into Ecstasy Of Gold II strong, as Johnson, CHERRY RAMONS and KEITH LEE face a big challenge. They will be joining forces to take on the returning World Class Syndicate. This dominant force, compromised of “The Texas Lion” CARSON, MOONSHINE MANTELL, and “The Untouchable” ALEX REIGNS, reared its head in the earlier part of the year, and only hinted at potential dominance before circumstances separated them. Reigns moved on from Inspire Pro to pursue other goals, Moonshine departed for a tour of Japan, while Carson briefly aligned himself with “One Man” MIKE DELL. Now, with Moonshine back in Inspire where he belongs, Carson has decided to reform his dynasty, and has promised to debut a new member who will stand at his right side in the place of Reigns.

Carson recently acknowledged, “There are three titles in Inspire Pro, and there are three of us. That’s a happy coincidence. See you on January 4th.”

NWA WORLD WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: Barbi Hayden © vs. Veda Scott

According to VEDA SCOTT, May’s IN THEIR BLOOD event was the “Austin Screwjob.” She signed up for a triple threat match, ended up in a one-on-one bout against Athena and suffered a severe knee injury. After Scott filed an injunction against Inspire Pro and a lengthy legal battle ensued (which you can read more about at InspireProWrestling.com), a settlement was reached: the Ring of Honor and SHIMMER star would return to Austin to face BARBI HAYDEN for the NWA World Women’s Championship. This is just the beginning of the story, though; Barbi has had a dominant run in Inspire, toppling top-level veterans like Portia Perez and Mia Yim. Her defense against “The Wrestling Goddess” Athena at August’s RELENTLESS was clouded in controversy, however, when the referee missed a crucial rope break. Are there cracks forming in Hayden’s armor, or will Scott need all of her “nine lives” against the full force of the most celebrated and proven woman to hold the championship in decades? Barbi Hayden vs. Veda Scott for the top prize in women’s wrestling, January 4th!

Jessica James vs. Kimber Lee

Since her arrival in Inspire Pro, world-traveled Texas veteran JESSICA JAMES has been a buzzsaw. After dominating the XX-Division in 2014, she’s looking for a greater challenge to test herself against the best wrestlers in the world. GREATER CHALLENGE ACCEPTED. Stepping into a Texas ring for the first time in a first-time-ever match on January 4th will be none other than KIMBER LEE, the Seattle superstar who has torn it up for Beyond Wrestling and Chikara Pro en route to becoming arguably the hottest and most buzzworthy name in women’s wrestling. CEO Justin Bissonnette promised that Inspire Pro would become a hub for female competition in the NWA, and this is living proof. Who will leave victorious when two of the toughest, most physical females on the independent scene collide?

INSPIRE PRO PURE PRESTIGE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: “Wildfire” Thomas Shire © vs. “Chi-Town’s Finest” Mr. B

With a new year approaching, people around the world are looking to start things out on the right foot. And in the ranks of Inspire Pro Wrestling, no man envisions a great 2015 more than “Chi-Towns Finest” MR. B. With his win in the Four-Way match at FUN FUN FUN FEST, Mr. B secured himself as the first challenger to THOMAS SHIRE’s Inspire Pro Pure Prestige Championship. Back at BATTLE WARS, the rising sensation that is Thomas Shire went from being not scheduled to compete, to making history as Inspire Pro’s first Pure Prestige Champion. Not only that, he defeated two men, including the one and only TEDDY HART, in the process. Now with gold around his waist, who knows what’s next for someone the caliber of Thomas Shire? Will Mr. B defeat these so-called “Politics” finally, or will Shire’s first challenger just be his first victim?

“Absolute” Ricky Starks vs. “The Kentucky Gentleman” Chuck Taylor

From humble beginnings, Inspire Pro presented its brand of wrestling action to the city of Austin for the first time on July 7th, 2013. In the main event, ACH and DAVEY VEGA fought in a triple threat contest against the Texas wrestling debut of “The Kentucky Gentleman” CHUCK TAYLOR. For years, Taylor has competed for countless promotions across the United States, and in fact, he is just coming off a gigantic tour of China — just another accomplishment to add to his long resume. After a year-and-a-half since first setting foot on Texas soil, THE GENTLEMAN RETURNS.

His challenger this time around is a man many say could match Taylor in the charisma department, the one and only “Absolute” RICKY STARKS. Starks has delivered a series of spectacular performances since the start of Inspire Pro, exhibiting just as much athletic ability and fighting spirit as he does personality. Two men alike and different in many ways will collide at ECSTASY OF GOLD II, each looking to outshine the other. This is the definition of a dream matchup and is one you definitely do not want to miss.

The Orphans (Sky De Lacrimosa & The Great Depression) vs. Sorrow & Extinction

Since their emergence this past summer, the band of misfits known as The Orphans have quickly run roughshod through Inspire Pro’s ranks. Just recently at BATTLE WARS, they shocked everyone in attendance by revealing their newest recruit in THE GREAT DEPRESSION, coming to Depression’s aid during his battle with Killer McKenzie and presenting the Dust Bowl Dweller his colors. While the Taylor brothers will be busy fighting in the J-Crown Gauntlet match, SKY DE LACRIMOSA teams with their brand new brother in tag team competition. To combat The Orphans at ECSTASY OF GOLD II is a team a little less concrete. Apparently a mystery tag team has contacted Inspire Pro officials asking for this contest on January 4th. Their request was granted and while we do not know much about this team, they apparently refer to themselves as SORROW & EXTINCTION. Not sure what we can expect from this tag team affair, so you’ll just have to be there to find out.

INSPIRE PRO CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: “Dirty” Andy Dalton © vs. “Centerfold” Matthew Palmer

Back at “RELENTLESS”, MATTHEW PALMER pinned Mike Dell in a grueling contest, making him the second champion in our company’s history. He achieved the one thing he set out to do from the moment he stepped foot through Inspire Pro’s doors at last years ECSTASY OF GOLD. However, his moment of glory would be short-lived. After winning a number one contendership match against Jax Dane earlier in the evening, ANDY DALTON made his way to the ring and cajoled Palmer into putting his newly-won belt on the line right then and there. Having just competed in a harrowing match against “One Man” Mike Dell, and with JT LaMotta running interference for Dalton, the odds were stacked against Palmer. Even for someone as resilient as Palmer, those odds were too great to overcome. In succinct fashion Matthew Palmer’s reign as champion was ended at the hands of “Dirty” Andy Dalton. Back at BATTLE WARS, Palmer made it crystal clear that he was coming back for revenge. As athletically gifted he may be, the “Centerfold” can be just as vindictive. Finally, the rematch is in place and these two will square off with the championship on the line at ECSTASY OF GOLD II. But unlike a year prior, this will be far more than a battle to see who stands atop the food chain in Inspire Pro. This is a grudge match turned up to eleven. Who stands tall come January 4th?

You definitely don’t want to miss out on a night that could quite possibly top last years event. ECSTASY OF GOLD II is January 4th at The Marchesa Hall & Theatre in Austin, Texas. Tickets are available in two sections. $15 for front row (only 50 seats available) and general admission tickets are $12 each, with doors opening at 5:30PM and bell time at 6PM. All tickets are will call and can be ordered by clicking the link below or going to the “Store” tab at the top of our website and clicking “Tickets”. We hope to see you there.

Can't wait! Packed card. If you're in the Austin/San Antonio area, and haven't been to an Inspire Pro show yet...wtf is your problem?

WWE probably had bad numbers with the free Network month, so they decided to not pay out the ass for Lesnar next week. That makes more sense than it being Lesnar's decision.

CBS would pay Brock more to skype into Bellator events than Vince will pay him to main event mania.

Thats why WWE is not the favorite when his contract is up. Dana better not believe Brock is going back to UFC because the competition is better when Viacom is going to back up the truck of money to try to get Brock.

They advertise Ambrose vs Rusev and think people will get hyped, but all I can think is how shitty the finish would be and how much these guys have no business being in the ring together right now.

Hey we have these 2 two young upper midcarders that could have a really good feud somewhere down the line, let's have them fight on a random Smackdown with no buildup for no reason at all!

Brock may want to get paid but ya'll really think this motherfucker wants to fight Bobby Lasley or Tito? Come on. Dude wants big bucks and to be out there credibly. Plus, UFC will give him that video game deal (good after he's done forever) and allow him to secure other major sponsorship.

what was a worse decision, giving Arquette the WCW title or Bork the WWE title?

At least Arquette showed up. I legitimately forgot WWE even had a major title

Main event already? Damn, they are really struggling to fill three hours. If only there was some way they could build up guys who aren't on TV right now so that we could get fresh matches and less stretched out shows. But I mean that's damn near impossible, right? Or else they'd do it.
