the rumble is in philly (best city in pennsylvanian) and it was in pittsburgh (not as good as philly) last year. they have similar crowds correct?
cena is gonna get heckled and boo'd like crazy. ziggler and ambrose will get chants equally as loud as roman reigns. crowd will probably pop and cheer for reigns but it all depends who's last in the ring with him during the rumble. if it's ambrose, ziggler or even maybe a guy like harper I could see the crowd being split or possibly favoring someone who has been working the past few months and not out with an injury. bryan returning in the rumble would be amazing but they wasted his momentum on that raw a couple weeks back.

That's the whole problem isn't it. He does this maybe once or twice a year and the only times he's good, because he's actually selling whatever storyline he's in.
If he didn't phone it in the other 50 Raw's, ratings might not be tanking as much as they are.
I don't think it's when he wants to be, it's when WWE wants him to be, They want him the way he normally is.

because of circumstance. what promo could he cut on brock? he was destroyed at summerslam and he continues to look like a fool every time he's in the ring with brock. it's not nearly as close to but similarly as bad as when cena was working with the rock.
I could see them siding with him if he brought up lesnar's contract ending.
