Destiny 2 w/ white PS4 Pro bundle announced

My launch PS4 seems to be dying so I may snag this upgrade. I have several friends that I could sell the Destiny code to for cheap to make up my loss. Or should I just wait until my PS4 *actually* dies lol
Paris Games Week is the week before X1X is released, that would be a perfect time to do a price drop.

I guess you are getting the expansion, but a year later it doesn't feel like much of a deal. Wonder how much the Pro actually costs Sony to make?
Oh I totally missed that it was a physical copy of Destiny 2. That makes it even easier to sell.

The code is just for the expansion stuff. I think Destiny 2 is on a disc, per the press releases and pictures. So you may be able to get $30 for it and then sell the disc separately.

Its basically a Pro for the retail price and a $50 game....
Look at it as a 10 dollar discount for Destiny 2.
That plus the Pass and digital content....you are actually saving money.

I have the first one! It's how I got my PS4.
Yeah I realize that now. Like I said, putting the actual disc in the SKU makes it easier to sell than a code card for everything.

It does have a Performence improvment. Just not in destiny 2 as far as we know. (Though it may be better at hitting the 30fps target)
It's Destiny 2 + Expansion pass bundle ($90)

I got the Destiny 1 plain white PS4, it looks real good.
So they're bundling a premium console that offers little to no improvements for the game it's sold with? That's hilarious.
It's actually a very good deal (it includes the $100 edition of Destiny 2).

Luckily this isn't a real LE system, or I might have had to buy it. Sticking with my much cooler looking actual LE Taken King PS4 and the PC version of this game.

Already have a Pro, but this bundle is the same as the Year 1 bundle I bought for my original PS4. Really wish I could get this but it would be a stupid waste of money.
But 30 or 60 frames isn't the be all end for gaming enjoyment. Most people don't care.
Also. It's been stated time and again this game will be 30 fps. So why do people keep coming into threads commenting on it in a negative way? Especially when it has very little to do with the topic at hand.

I mean it is a deal, I just didnt wanna spend $399 for the Pro. This should move quite a few Pro's. Looks like Sony's about to start actually giving the Pro some marketing attention.
Think about it: the orig PS4 sold like hotcakes. They did an upgraded version for the exact same price. Now it has a Destiny 2 bundle.
Think of it as an investment if you really want it because it's going to be used for multiple years.
