The way I've usually understood GUARANTEE is if the conditions of the guarantee aren't met, the goods in question are provided free of charge. Maybe this isn't the case, but at least I'm only asking for a digital copy of the game while I wait for the late physical copy, the digital copy is $40 less and available. The limited edition physical copy is not easily found.
