I'd buy any exotic I don't already have. I need a few, but gotta admit that No Land Beyond two weeks in a row would be hilarious.

After a run of ROC strikes I had to make enough room to delete 4 bloodpact shaders. Come on. There's shaders I still don't have like God of War and I've gotten this one and a few others literally hundreds of times by now.

*Obsidian Mind is not very likely. I just spent shards on a raid chest for my warlock and don't have the raid helm. This means a Warlock chest piece is almost guaranteed. Xur never sells the PS4 weapons.

I guess I'd settle for Heavy Ammo Synths and Helmet Engrams.

I feel that bungie NEEDS to start rotating exotics and keeping up with what's popular (save the horn of course). Them being stupid and purposely keeping the same crap in rotation is only going to have people storing up more and more coins, eventually making them take some measure to devaule coins systematically.

I can totally see Bungie doing something to make everyone spend their strange coins if they are not spending it on Xur.

DeeJ made a comment on Reddit last week that coins were burning a hole in his pocket and that he was going to personally have a chat with Xur's boss. I hope he talks some sense into them.

I just got it rewarded to me after leading a team of people ranging from level 6-17 in the crucible

I should have my Warlock ready for the raid tomorrow. Just 4 more levels till 20 and I'll just give her all my old Warlock's stuff for a quick 31.

Still not enough.
I purposely don't fill up my unwanted exotic weapons before dismantling them so as to leave me this way of not hoarding too many coins...

I bought it a few weeks ago, didn't use it much until a few days Ago, where out of a sudden in a middle of a strike I remembered about it and decided to try it.
It's really good. Hits like a truck and an awesome stability.
You should give it a fair try, even without the perks it's already damn good.

Oh, I agree that they're largely ineffective as a coin sink. But I think that was their attempt and intention there.

Yeah, that's most probably their main purpose.
I hope they have better ideas than this one in stock, though...
In the end, those coins should be the endgame currency, and allow us to buy nearly anything in the game. Add some commendation shits and really expensive prices to raid items if you want to keep the RNG part appealing and the main option for obtaining them. Same thing for shards and energies.

At this point in time, I would have probably caved in and spent a fortune in an "exotic lottery" to get myself a jesushorn...

We all had green connections...I don't know what to do anymore. We must have tried this over 20 times already. We got through the Templar 3 times and then 2 runs ended at the jumping puzzle and, the one that hurts the most, was one run when we were at Atheon and one guy got pushed over by a Supplicant midair....
