I don't know, the dude in that video kind of just throws in the Trials of Osiris stuff in there out of nowhere. The video was about the golden gun combustion perk and then he just suddenly starts talking about Trials of Osiris and showing the datamined loot & shit. I'm sure Bungie still plans on doing Trials of Osiris at some point (the logo has been grayed out in middle the Crucible director for a month or so now) but I don't think Deej posting this video is them acknowledging it.

This is entirely speculation and outdated (multiple) rumors:
Trials of Osiris is a FFA tournament that takes place on Mercury. You pay Motes of Light to enter the tournament. You can lose 2 matches with your entry. On your third loss, you are done done.
There is also an exotic bounty associated with the Trials that leads to acquiring the "Fate of All Fools" scout rifle.
