forgot to reply to this the other day. before that, are you interested in sniping long range or short range? there's a bit of overlap, but it's still very different in terms of what you should know and what kind of sniper you need. i wrote this a while ago. it's probably outdated but maybe some of it will be relevant.

Bungie should introduce "strange" exotics - change the elemental damage type or swap on exotic perk for one of the others (Or even better, have a selectable exotic perk).

These can only be dropped. Xur sells a stock exotic.

I think the exotics being "static" separates them from legendaries and helps them feel unique. I think we just need more exotics. And Xur should have every non-raid exotic in his inventory for rotation. There's no reason Gjallarhorn should be an exception.

I got kicked right after finishing a super laggy raid. Ruined our flawless run.

And shutting servers down for 2 hours during prime european gametime is ridiculous.

FYI the game only has 6 modifiers, so if there is no burn, it is always Juggler, Angry, and Lightswitch

damn, VoG cape is my favorite class armor item for any class, it looks amazing with pretty much any shader. I especially like Glowhoo and the IB shader Goldspiral.

to be honest i wish it was a PS4 exclusive. spreading the playerbase out - especially on last gen - has to be taking its toll on what bungie can do for the game.

the next game will probably come to PC though, and they might port this one to PC later this year when comet comes out.

I saw you once in Crucible before I knew you posted here. It was on Twilight Gap, actually. I remember thinking "Ha! Some dude on Twilight Gap named Twilight_Gap. He must really love this map."

I don't think we ever had an "exchange" though. Maybe because I was running around A the entire match.

Calling it a "plan" at this moment would be generous. I just wanted to get a group of folks together I've raided with multiple times to run whatever raid content the group wants to.

I think I'd prefer one each normal and hard (for double dropsies, and some people need NM stuff like BH).

Yes, if only just to use my precious M/KB combo. Halo, Titanfall and Mass Effect are usually the only shooters I play on Xbox, but Destiny not coming to PC at release forced my hand.

8 might be a little too early, I'm usually good to go after 9 (gotta get the kid to sleep) I'm good as an alt or a second/third run through if you do start at 8 or if you do more than one I can join later. I bought the Destiny Digital Bundle from PSN and played the game for the first time this morning. I have to admit I am pretty excited about the whole thing. I am currently rocking a level 5 warlock and have no idea what is going on, but having fun doing it. I have missed that Bungie gunplay.
