Looks like Xur finally has a few items I could buy. Thank you based

Picking up dat Red Def so I can finally shard my old one. Knucklhead Radar and Daft punk Titan helm are also getting got.

I doubt I'm going to put in the grind to level them up anytime soon, though. Kinda nice not feeling like a slave. Maybe after I'm done with Bloodporne.

So Bungie updates the Xur transmission every week now so that there is no way to intercept a signal because the info is not being transmitted? Lol.

Looking back at exotics being solid, there reason there is such a divisive line between "Xurners" and "Earners" is due to the fact that Destiny has so little end-game content that can differentiate between people that play a lot and casuals. People do want to be unique and have rare gear to show off - that is nothing crazy. Happens in MMOs all the time. I think Comet and maybe HOW will bring some more exciting changes. What do you guys think? I'd rather get drops than buy from Xur, but don't care about what he sells anymore.

Either way, buff Necrochasm please.

Bungie can be choosing Xur randomly and still be transmitting the info your game at the last minute. Who knows?

Bungie is trying to find the right balance for Casuals and Hardcore players. I don't mind Xur since I'm buying exotic gear for characters that I'm going to build in the future. I think having a quest like Trials of Osiris and the end goal is the exotic Scout Rifle or whatever is pretty cool because I know I won't get it just because I don't touch PVP.

I am pretty sure you get a telemetry for dismantling a legendary that just has all its upgrade nodes unlocked for use. No need to actually have put in the mats/glimmer to upgrade it fully, if that makes sense. I do not think RNG is involved.

Any idea how long it take to upgrade an exotic without telemetry (I have NF buff), I want this red death at %100 by Tuesday reset raiding ;)

Oh wow, great day for Xur for me, needed everything he had except for the Knucklehead Radar. Now all I need is the Mask of the Third Man (I had it pre DLC and sharded it since I didn't have a hunter) and the 4th Horsemen and my exotic collection is complete. I might start running VoG again to recollect the armor for fun till HoW comes out.

Edit: Top of the page confession: I actually kinda like the Necrochasm

I probably won't participate in Trials either, to be frank. Do want more PVE content and events. Can't wait for wolves.

That didn't work for me today. I wanted shotgun telemetry and Xur didn't have it so I dismantled a secret handshake that had full xp (not all nodes full though).

I didn't get any telemetry from it. So I think you need to have most of the bubbles filled, if not all, to get telemetry.

bungie has put so many limitations on this game. They have made the game easy and limits our progress so everyone and their grandmom can master it.

Their goal with this game is to reach as broad of an audience as possible. Everyone has to be a badass then.

WoW has a huge audience but still manages to please the core players. I'm sure Bungie can do the same.

As long as its fully upgraded xp wise, there is a chanse of getting telemetrys.

When Crota hard released and those that were able to complete it, really felt special when you got that Glowhoo and showing it off. They should do an PVE content similar to Iron Banner where it comes once a month and it drops an exotic/legendary item specific to that encounter. On that note: Where's my Queen's missions!

I would say wow is pretty much only for hard core gamers tho. No casual 12 year old "gamer" is playing wow. (Iv never played wow, so i might be way off ;) )

Destiny went with the COD formula.
