I've run into players arguing otherwise. Hence, my question
Haven't done PoE yet, so curious why? (I have 3 Titan characters).
Are you talking about a Saint-14 Defender Titan specifically? Or maybe a dual Flashbang Titan?

No. HM Raid doesn't block people from joining, just spawning.

I'm absolutely shit with this weapon in PvP. Its ROF is just too damn low. I have one with luck in the chamber, perfect balance and Spray and play for PvP. And for PvE Field scout, crowd control and outlaw. I absolutely love it for PvE, but PvP on the other hand... i'm shit.
Just defender Titans in general. Saint-14 is a really nice touch but even without it... Being able to set up those bubbles to protect areas, give your team over shields and spawn additional orbs when shot at... it's incredibly useful.
The floor is lava mechanic is dumb as fuck, good luck doing that without a titan shield as it will leave you will like 5% health leaving you to get picked up by the rest of the mob's barrage of attacks.
And this is what I mean when I say Bungie's design results in the game becoming very monotonous in hard mode, you cannot play that fight without camping in that corner (you know which one I am talking about). I'm sure Bungie must've thought "Oh this might make it interesting and get the players on the move so that they run around the arena". Only thing is, it's not possible to run around the arena in higher difficulty.

My team got to Round 4 and we got stuck. A few times we've killed both the targets but the adds just overwhelm us. I even went invisible after killing the last target after my teammates died, and that tracking vandal weapon still caught me.
I'd like to know this as well.
I joined in round 4, while the first wave was underway and I spawned alive in the middle of the arena...Greyblade and Magik can confirm that.
Weekly and/or nightfall? I'm only 31 and that's apparently not good enough.

We did a 3-Warlock Lv34 earlier. Not too bad, but definitely more challenging than the 2 Defender + Bladedancer run we did before that (probably the most ideal PoE class balance imo).

I have the weapon now, and I can't believe how much it outclasses other weapons in the game in terms of damage. Most bosses go down in like seconds.
