How can you farm the Necro? Rarest drop in the Crota raid and requires you to max two weapons, and requires you to RNG the husk of the pit too...

I'm actually curious about this, the armor they showed on the stream was immediately max light level, with only the perks having to be unlocked. (please tell me if i'm blind). This might mean that you could ascend a stock piece of armor and then save yourself a bunch of exp since you would only have to unlock the perks.

No but it needs to be both fully leveled and ascended to reach 365 attack.
