I've been playing so much Destiny and feel burned out as fuck. Trying to complete everything is just too much. That said, I'm always looking forward to Trials.

Still need to play Witcher, too.

Feeling burnt out on Video Games in-general.

Really could use a Legend of Zelda right about now.

After the Bloodborne break, I've been enjoying Destiny now more than ever. Completing all the activities every week was really starting to feel more like a job. Now IDC what I don't complete and just play what I actually feel like playing.

The new Halo news on top of Destiny's next expansion being too much money have me considering jumping ship. I don't really like the greater Halo community though so it probably wont last that long.

Yeah this is key. I used to feel like I had to do everything but now I only do what I want and I'm enjoying this game more than I ever have before.

Well, completed the nightfall and got a legendary engram, which turned into the dead orbit shotgun. But the rep got me another level in dead orbit, and the package gave me revenant!

This is my third revenant, now I just want the hanged man or the DO ship

^ oh that news

What was the new Halo news? That all the DLC maps will be Free?

I was a huge Bungie halo fan but don't own a X1 and have been disappointed to hear about all the problems with MCC. Never bought H4 either.

Regarding the price, $40 isn't a big deal to me provided there is enough content to justify it.

They better have a lot of content in the next expansion.

The fuck is up with round 4 of PoE35 and all those captains and majors spam ?

I also despise the specialist/small arms modifier because it pretty much limits you to shotguns (as snipers mean close quarter combat is kind of not possible and Vex doesn't do enough damage). With juggler it's even worse as you have to "juggle" but it's bad because you don't actually get ammo for other weapons that you don't use all the time or even with a 50% chance.

Edit: Oh God that pilot servitor guy with Small arms...fml. Can't even use Blackhammer this week like last or shotgun for servitors.

I feel the same way. If the content justifies the price, $40 is not a problem.

Going by precedent, it will be bigger than the previous expansions, but probably not feel quite worth $40.

Yeah, I think I've got maybe a couple more weeks of trying to get my PoEs done, then I might be done with PvE for a while outside of a random raid. With trials, I've decided I really want to get better at PvP, so I'm spending most of my time focusing on that. I'm having a lot more fun.

He goes down quick to Scout Rifles...

I don't mind it either, and honestly my addiction is so strong that I would pay more...

FINALLY!!! Fatebringer. Could not be any more thankful to the RNGesus. Also got a Shattered Vault Cloak, Nothing Manacles, and that stone man titan helm, the 2 latter coming from the NF. Such a good day. Quitting while I'm ahead. :)

Hi, I’m a student at the Berklee College of Music and have been working with a mobile app called Clammr that many early users are calling Audio Twitter and Audio Instagram. I recently learned about your podcast Todd on Spreaker -- thanks for putting it up.

Clammr is looking to feature and promote great audio talent on the app and as part of its overall publicity efforts. Are you interested in being nominated to become someone who Clammr promotes?

Not sure if legit.

fig pls

only thing you should experiment with is weakening the enemy before fighting them 1v1. knives, body shot snipes, grenades, etc. if they were any smarter, they would have killed you when you challenged them in those doorways.

Yeah, I realise they weren't the best opponents lol. If I'd done that, maybe I wouldn't have ran out of primary ammo.

I was mostly just happy that the teammates I'd assumed to be shit at the start ended up being decent distractions.

Ayyyyy that expansion news tho.

Coming way sooner than I expected hmm. Depending on the details I'll probably buy in. TBH, I've just started realizing I'm not the huge game consumer I used to be.

I basically play one or two games a year heavily and that's it. Before this I played Titanfall a lot and then it was CoD Ghosts (I know lol) with some sprinkling of a few weeks with other games. I don't really see anything drawing me away from Destiny for an extended period outside of Halo 5 or the next Gears.

On the actual content, most of it is kinda whatever until we see more. It sounds like a decent amount, but I'm also starting to come to terms with the fact that I don't think I really give a fuck about the PVE in this game anymore. Shit is sooooo played out fighting the same enemies and bosses over two expansions that already share a ton of traits across races.

I'm more interested in the supposed new supers and classes. Kinda surprised that Bungie didn't just go with just giving the new classes unused elements, but also a different "type" of super. I know we haven't seen them yet but the Gravity bow sounds like another high kill capacity/rapid fire attack for the Hunter, Electrical storm seems like it could be a radiance type/grenade spam/area denial effect for Warlocks, and the solar hammer might just turn out to be Titans running around to get up close once again for mini-FoH ground smashes. Guess we'll see but if they are like what I'm assuming it'll be pretty boring.

Was hoping Titans would get a ranged super that extends past their arms, Hunters get a one-and-done instakill/or support super that doesn't let them run around the map, and Warlocks, idk really, tbh Warlocks suck lmao.
