I almost always go positive, so if its cumulative I shouldn't have a problem getting it. Unless I gotta have at least a 2/1 for it to count, I'm not sure how to math this.

It does kick AFKs. It kicks even if you rubberband your analog stick. So anyone idling must be checking in and playing every now and then to avoid the kick.

No, I had about 4,5k Glimmer after I sold everything I collected in the Raid. So I need quiet a bit more to buy me at least 10 Heavy Ammo Synthesis.
I played 6 games of clash last night and at the end of the first 4 rounds the bottom 3 players were rewarded with gear (including legendary engrams) whereas the top players got nothing.
So I thought If I played badly the next round I'll get something. You can guess what happened next.

I'm afraid to go to sleep, fearing I'll never have another night like this again. Seriously, it's been great in terms of loot. I'm almost convinced Xur won't show up this weekend now.
I use that gun at the moment. It has the perfect balance in the weapon tree. I got so lucky.

I've been doing bounties to get Vanguard rep, I try doing the Heroic Daily Quest for Vanguard Marks, but for example I had to pull out of the one on Venus (two days ago i think) because I was getting slaughtered at the end. The one from yesterday (moon) went okay but I still died a few times.
I really want to get Light armor but I never get Rare Engrams. I'm not really into the Crucible so I try to avoid that. Any easy ways to farm Light gear so I can level up, or do I simply have bad luck?

Level 20 strikes always give you light gear (blue engrams) at the end.
Do some Vanguard Strike playlist stuff for the blues at the end and to get some vanguard marks/drops along the way. As you get higher level, go to higher strikes for higher level loot. The lv24 strikes will give you level 20 gear at the end.
Alternatively, since you seem in need of pretty much anything blue, you could try one of the engram farming sites. You'd need to spend some time, but most of these sites can give you an average of 10 engrams an hour.

this sounds like the easiest of the exotic bounties so far. A few snipes and GGs later and that bounty's in the bag.
Personally, crucible got me past 20 pretty quick, but if you're doing pve I'd suggest one of the farming methods listed in this thread. Not really a fan of it myself, but I accidently ended up doing some Nexus farming earlier and got a ton of blues with light on them.

He thought he had to go 25/1, the text implies that. Dunno about you, but the best I've ever done in this is 22/1. His reaction was understandable.
what titan gear is that?
also is this like the 3rd day in a row the overcharged bounty has come up

Okay, three fucking times tonight my team and I have mounted an extreme comeback in Control only to for me to be booted from the servers. I'm so god damn close to Crucible rank 2 and three pieces of legendary armor but I need to sleep.

Farm reputation for vanguard and crucible. You might not be into crucible but it will get you faster where you want to be.
Lol ya, that sucks. I finally had that happen to me. Was on my hunter and got 2 pieces of legendary gear for titan. Luckily I had a 22 titan i hadn't touched for about 2 days while I worked on my hunter. I left the my titan at 22 about 2 days ago, and she's now 25 while my hunter is still only 24 haha. I have been lucky enough not to get any warlock gear, as I don't plan on starting my warlock for a bit.

yeah but remember when salvage bounty came up two times this week
and there was no salvage to get them in
i don't know if bungie is using the same challenge system they had in halo reach but stuff's broken lol

One is guaranteed with time, one is absolutely not. I'd take the one that's guaranteed with time/effort over the one that I've probably only managed once tops ever. Not everyone can manage to get that many kills before being shut down...

One thing I LOVE about this game is it saves your checkpoint on multiple missions which means I always (unless I have to replay it all for a weekly) got my Temple of Crota farm spot there a load screen and a cutscene away.
I don't have that particular bounty so maybe I'm missing something, but I don't get why getting 5 kills in a row with a void heavy machine gun or secondary would be more difficult than getting 25 kills without dieing.
For just the final boss, yes.

is not that i don't understand where you guys are coming from, but as a hunter with no decent void weapon, i'd rather have the 25/1 bounty
grab a void sniper rifle and set up shop somewhere.
on a different note, I'm really still in love with the game. it's nice how easily you can switch from "hey lets do some strikes" to "lets play a bit of PvP" to "hey a new daily story lets do it!". I especially like the daily stories cause normally you have no real reason to replay the story missions and some of them are actually quite fun, so getting thrown in there with a new twist and harder enemies is quite nice for a once a day thing.
Patrols are still cool too, just racing arund on your totaly-not-a-speederbike and killing things while doing some events/missions.
The game hasn't even been out 2 weeks and without any kind of crazy dumb farming and the most minimal of vanguard rep grinding, I have 2 legendaries, a third on the way on tomorrow will grab an exotic from Xur. It's like, the most comfy and casual (shudder) way of leveling up and hey i'll be able to do the raid tomorrow, so, yeah good times. Locked content my ass.
Could try looking in the gun shop, maybe there'll be a green void heavy machine gun there sometime?

The bounty requires 500 points with void weapons. each kill is worth 3 points and each death costs you 2 points.

So far though after 8 legendary engrams I've only been blessed with armor for my warlock once.
I'm just saving up strange coins and motes of light for Xur this weekend. How much are the exotics from him?
