well then, take that RNG!!!
Exactly, no need to rely on RNG, just play the game and have fun.

Gaz, play Rumble. Lay waste to fools. I warm up each time with a few Rumble games
Yeah? I'm pretty good at managing it. Just turn around, sprint, jump / fall to a different level, and change directions when you're out of a view to confuse them.I haven't seen a single person ever run away from a Bladedancer. They never make it far enough. At least for me.
They ever mention fixing the loot system? Afraid to see what kind oflegendaryblues I get from this troll guy.
I'd still love to read or hear the reasoning behind this engram system. Its flat out bonkers.*eye twitches*
use your super to counter it? usually I reserve my super if there is a bladedancer on the other team
@legendaryengram:
Roses are red
Your item is blue
Your engram was purple
Sucks to be you
He's in cahoots with Xur. The Cryptarch takes our purps and yellows and gives us trash, then Xur sells our own stuff back to us.
This. I've yet to kill anyone using bladedancer, it works wonders in PVE but PVP thats a different story but then again maybe I am bad.
Same here. I can run away from a Bladedancer a third of the time, but the nova bomb and hulk smash are pretty hard to dodge. I usually play with a team, though, so we can warn each other when a Bladedancer is running around.
I go to fast for people too run. I also use the radar. 3-4 kills 5 maybe per super.Yeah? I'm pretty good at managing it. Just turn around, sprint, jump / fall to a different level, and change directions when you're out of a view to confuse then.
lol perfectNailed it.
I'm bad at Bladedancing apparently, lol. But I'm good at running away from them, too, so it's all good.I go to fast for people too run. I also use the radar. 3-4 kills 5 maybe per super.

Interesting that the distributions were similar for encrypted green and blue, but very different for purple. I'm assuming (hope) that the sample sizes for each were the same?
We decoded 590 engrams, here are the results.
Total engrams gathered
Green: 290 Blue: 250 Purple: 55
Results:
(FOR THE SAKE OF CLARITY I WILL POST THE COLOR OF THE LOOT NOT THE NAME OF THE RARITY)
GREEN ENGRAM RARITY:
White: 68 \ 23.45%
Green: 201 \ 69.31%
Blue: 21 \ 7.24%
Purple: 0
Yellow: 0
BLUE ENGRAM RARITY:
White: 0
Green: 53 \ 21.2%
Blue: 186 \ 74.4%
Purple: 11 \ 4.4%
Yellow: 0
PURPLE ENGRAM RARITY:
White: 0
Green: 2 \ 3.64%
Blue: 33 \ 60%
Purple: 19 \ 34.55%
Yellow: 1 \ 1.82%
Hell, they shouldn't be percentages at all. Those percentages should be factored into the chance of getting a drop of the requisite color in the first place. That said, I still think the blue and purple percentages should be swapped.

Have we even ever seen him decrypt something? He just stands there, and wags his head around.
Everyone is so goddamned bad at Crucible.

145 more points to go. Almost done with this step of the ridiculous exotic bounty.

I've done 99% of all bounties since release, no exotic bounty.
Why Bungie, why
I forgot to ask but I know it was asked a fuck ton around launch - where is the PlayStation exclusive stuff? Is it all in the game but subjected to RNG or what?
That sounds really ominous.
I still think it might be more stealth related. There are so many alternate "stealth" routes in and around Cabal structures - they had to have been experimenting with something. What would be your guy's ideas for a 4th class? I can't really think of anything.
Yeah. You get a purple drop, you get purple and only purple. Same with the other colors. Convention in all loot games everywhere isn't it?So there should be no chance of getting a yellow from a purple, or a purple from a blue?

Anyone been in an arc blade vs. arc blade fight? I had my second one last night. so intense and fun. I'd play an entire mode of that, locked in third person.
YES! So much fun.Anyone been in an arc blade vs. arc blade fight? I had my second one last night. so intense and fun. I'd play an entire mode of that, locked in third person.
Haha, that sounds epic as hell.Same. Though one time I got into a aerial fight with one. I'm a Sunsinger Warlock. He chased me and I flew into the air shooting down at him while gliding backwards. He jumped up and started slashing toward me. I punched him and we went flying back slightly, but had enough time to slash at me again to keep his air time.
Then I looked down my irons and gunned him down the best I could since Sunsingers can stay in the air for a little bit when aiming. I almost had him dead but he got me.
I wish I had a video of that. It was some DBZ shit going on there.
Have people discovered yet that Grimoire progression actually affects Gameplay? Here's a few of the ones I've found:

I'm especially interested in the location effects (third screenshot). Basically this means that once you kill enough enemies in a zone, you'll get more Relic Iron, Helium Filaments, etc. Really useful for upgrading legendaries.
Have I missed any other really useful grimoire effects that people know about?

No it's broken. You are more likely to get a lower level item (Uncommon or Rare) than you are a Legendary item. By almost double. That's just stupid considering how hard they are to come by.
