I keep seeing that Iron Banner lag fest shit but it honestly was as bad as any P2P based multiplayer.

It's just that it's consistently far worse than any other mode because there's more inclination to party up and since so many people are playing.

yea it's making the transition to Halo 5 less guilt-free. I know there are people who have disliked Destiny PvP since day one, but up until recently I've enjoyed it as much, if not moreso than I have Halo in recent years.

It's called that in comparison to the regular Destiny PVP. It's ten times worse for whatever reason. Destiny is also the only game I've played that gives the laggy player such an advantage when they're the one with the worse connection.
